This is the same pizza rocker used at the local pizzeria. It’s commercial quality, works great with a little practice and is easy to clean. I give mine a light spritz of cooking oil spray before use. I suppose you could hang out at the local Pizza Shop and watch how it’s used, but it’s pretty intuitive.

I LOVE, LOVE OUR CUTTER. I was so use to your typical hand roller cutter, it didn't do a damn thing(excuse my language). I would have to roll, and roll, roll it back and forth, and it still never cut, I had about 3, cheap to expensive and they worth crap. So I said what the hell with it, i'll use this one. I've seen them on movies and cooking channels, so I decided to give it a try, what could hurt? That it didn't work, haha that wouldn't be a surprise. My husband didn't have any problems cutting the pizzas, he enjoyed it. Since I have my professional brick oven now, what better way, than to use a fancy cutter. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS IN A HEART BEAT. ITS BIG, BUT WORTH IT

I ended up ordering a different one with an orange plastic handle. It is sharper than this one but this one is really good.

This pizza cutter is a thoughtfully shaped monolithic sheet of stainless steel. It is comfortable to use, sharp enough to cut pizza but not too sharp, rounded nicely for the hands, and open enough to clean easily. I love using it and expect it to last forever. Great value.

Pro: It doesn't break as easily as my other pizza cutters (the wheel kind). When the wheel one broke, I had scraps of metal fall off into my pizza. That would never happen with this kind.Con: It doesn't store as easily as my other pizza cutters, as it does not fit in my utensil drawer.Pro: Very easy to clean.Con: Doesn't actually cut the pizza very effectively. [Although, in fairness, I also wasn't using a cutting board and didn't want to risk damage to the pan.]Glad I bought it as a backup but will still use the wheel cutter that has not yet broken.

I love it! It works great and all. I really love this as much as I love the one I used at pizza hut when i worked there and that speaks highly

I've been wanting one of these and saw it on sale so finally pulled the trigger. I've been satisfied so far. We've only used it one time, but I prefer over the circular pizza cutter. Much quicker (and super easy to clean 🙌🏼)

Might as well be useing a piece of sheet metal. Yes it was dirt cheap and I know you get what you pay for . I threw this away. Wasn't even worth shipping back. If your crust is very soft this might work ( probably not). I'd give it less stars but I have never given a one star review. This piese of dull sheet metal can not be sharpened it is very cheap though so if you want something to get by for a short period of time just use a large knife and save your money. Might be OK as a play dough oven play piece.
