LED Strip Lights for TV, 6.56ft RGB Color Changing TV Backlights with RF Remote, USB Powered Bias Lighting for 32-65 Inch TV, PC, Mirror

These proved to be a fantastic enhancement to our den space. Our double TV stand, also bought from Amazon, provided an easy surface for these to adhere to. Applying them took just a few minutes, transforming the entire ambiance of the room. While I believe the remote could be simplified with just a few buttons, we're still content with the outcome. The number of lights was perfect for the stand, and unlike another brand we tried, these have adhered perfectly without any instances of falling off.

I haven't read many reviews providing itemized pointers, so here are a few I can add from my experience installing these last night on my Samsung KS8000 55":1) Clean the back of your set with a non ammonia cleaner like Spray way, then follow up with a paper towel with 91% rubbing alcohol.2) Carefully unroll the LED strips3) Plan where the strips will go before pulling the adhesive. On a 55-60", you'll have two across the top and one on each side.4) Take note that each strip and corner connector has a female side and a male side. You'll need to ensure you don't mount the strips with two female ends butting up against each other or two males. They need to alternate as they install around the back. Also be sure to arrange the strips where the round connector end will mount near the USB port of your TV.5) Also take note that the corner connectors have a white side and a marked side on the back. I chose the white side and made sure that the white side was facing out before connecting to the strips. If you mix this up, you'll have the incorrect polarity resulting in some of the strips not working or burning out.6) Once I mounted the strips, I pulled them taught, placed them lightly on the back of the set and then used a folded up micro fiber towel to apply pressure along the strip to get the adhesive to stick without actually touching the LED's.7) Chances are you'll have bundled up cord near the USB connector which has some weight to it, so I opened the twist tie and secured it to a nearby cable to take the weight off of the last strip as a lot of people have problems with the strips falling off. This extra weight doesn't help.8) Despite the precautions I took, I encountered two problems others have mentioned. First, the last strip was a different color than the rest regardless of color choice. Turns out the corner connector leading to that strip wasn't firmly making contact, but polarity was fine with white side out on both ends.9) This step is important and prevents the last issue from recurring. I used 2-3" pieces of Super 33 black 3M electrical tape to hold each connector up against the TV, as well as two additional pieces across each strip, holding it to the back of the TV as well. I actually used about 3-4 pieces on each corner connector to hold them flat against the back of the TV as it's visible from the side on my mount.10) The other issue I had was the remote didn't work at all until I removed the battery by pulling the battery tray tab inward and outward at the same time. It immediately began working after. Tried to get my Logitech Harmony remote to learn the buttons from the supplied remote, but being RF, it wouldn't work. Hoping the stock remote holds up.Hope this helps, as this is a nice set of lights. I prefer the blue color on the top of the remote, as it matches the blue ring on my Marantz receiver.

The lighting is nice and super simple to install. The packaging should say don't exceed say 42 or 52" TV as it is just Meh for a bigger screen. The idea of backlighting a TV or monitor is pretty cool and there are lots of people selling stick on LED lights to do this. This I bought on a whim because it was a lightning deal for around $10.00. What could go wrong? Right? Well if you put this on say a 24 to 52" flat screen monitor or TV, yeah it probably looks like the pictures from the advertisement. I have a 65" Vizio and installed these on it. The result is Meh... Not really bright.. Not really glowing but not bad enough for me to ask for a return. The remote works and the colors are ok and it plugs into the USB port on my TV no problem. Perhaps I should have gotten a different brand which is a little longer with more lights for my TB. For the price... It's OK.. Not mind blowing but just ok.

The instructions were okay, if you're familiar with prepping and area before applying an adhesive product - you can nail it! I measured the length of the light, then measured the width/lenght of the TV and when the center was found for both - I found a happy distance for the light and used that distance (from the outer back edge of tv) and put the light on all four sides.

The media could not be loaded.  I love that the light from this product gives a really nice separation between the TV and the wall. Definitely makes it easier to watch TV and read the captions. The remote works fine and gives a great mix of color and transition options. My only gripe is that the adhesive on the top strap pulled away from the lights as I pulled the backing off. So rather than return it, I just used scotch tape to hold it on. I didn’t pay a lot for these lights, so I didn’t feel it was worth the hassle to return or exchange them.

These were a little cumbersome to install due to the multiple pieces that have to be plugged into each other. However, once installed, they light up well and the remote is easy to operate. That said, they will not sync with my TV. They automatically turn on when I turn the TV off. They do not turn on when I turn the TV on, making them impractical to use.

The media could not be loaded.  Perfect fit for my 45" t.v. Love the different settings and options and how you can dim the lights or make them brighter. Not for a 65", yes I tried it. Does anybody else's turn on randomly ??? Or is it just me🥲 I had it already recording because it had done it like 2 times before that. Doesn't do it often

He tenido anteriormente otros modelos parecidos, pero este, es mas economico, mas facils de instalar, con mejor sujecion y encima no hace falta corriente, lo conectas al USB de la TV y listo

Si stacca in continuazione fili che pendono il controlli remoto non sempre funziona 2 stelle e non una soltanto per il prezzo
