Weird packaging makes them lumpy
I bought two of these pillows for my husband and me because 3 of my kids have them (bought in a store), and they retain their shape well and are comfortable. I was really confused when they arrived in a large box but packaged in clear plastic wrap having been rolled into a really tight oblong pill shape. I took one out of the packaging, and it was so lumpy. I have been fluffing it for a while, and it is still VERY lumpy. Has this happened to no one else? I don’t see this complaint on anyone’s review yet, so I’m hoping these pillows just need time to regain their shape. If they do, I’ll come edit my review. Otherwise, I’m going to return these. They could have easily put them in a clear bag, one on top of the other, to mail them to me in the same box they used this time. Just dumbfounded.

Very soft
I like these pillows but they don’t give any support. I didn’t like the way that they were packaged. They were rolled up tightly and it took about 2 months for them to lay down correctly. We use them mostly for resting.

Best pillow ever!
So comfortable! Bigger then I expected and it came fast too! Can't wait to buy another!

Poor pillow
Not firm, not the quality you’d expect for a $10 pillow when Walmart has pillows for $3 -$5. All fluff seems to be one one side or the other no comfort. Probably will return.

Great pillow for the price. Was trying to get one like I already have for my bf and this one is close enough.

Amazing pillow 6/5 stars!
I LOVE THIS PILLOW, it took about an hour to reach full fluff bc it came in an air tight package and was shrank down however it has since become my favorite!

Love it. Cool nights
I really like how it keeps cool during the night. I don’t wake up because the pillow is too warm . I do wish it were a bit more firm . But I use it on top of my extra firm pillow and I love it !
