Pomegranate molasses is a great addition to the kitchen, salads especially superb, sweet sour with a fruity hint that adds an unexpected highlight - it doesnt scream pomegranate just a bit of je ne sais quois.this brand is the best in my mind, all pomegranate with no additives, a bit more expensive but more than worth it. a Turkish salad: tomatoes, cukes, peppers, onion, dried mint, olive oil, [lemon zest] and walnuts.... with pomegranate molasses- wow!

Absolutely delicious. True molasses consistency. Wonderful paired in a vinaigrette or alone on a salad. Buy it. Packaged well and arrived intact. I’m a repeat customer.

The product is pure pomegranate, no additives. I bought this for a recipe with roasted eggplant. The recipe for eggplant topping has pomegranate molasses, herbs/spices, and olive oil. I made it today and it was wonderful. I had chosen this product, in part, because it was pure pomegranate, no extra sweetening (artificial or natural). So I was worried about whether the result would be sour. Not at all. It is a lovely balance between sweet and tangy, not very sweet, but no sense of sourness. The flavor is delicate. Consistency is thick, not watery, just as it should be. I can't wait to try it with lots of other things. I can imagine making a salad dressing, much like raspberry vinaigrette, with pomegranate. It will be great. Seldom do I write much on ratings, but I have to say this product exceeded my expectations.

Flavor bursts in your mouth. Bright and light. Tart but not overly so. I have been using this as a drizzle on cooked meats and on soft cheeses. I sometimes cross drizzle this with honey-Wow what a treat that is. This is not really like molasses, more of a syrup but GREAT whatever you call it. The possibilities are endless; salad dressings, marinades, drizzle, mix with butter, ghee or even applesauce for a toast spread, used in beverage making, baking, grilling, the list is never ending. If you like unique, if you love pomegranates, if you are a foodie or wannabe chef; then this is a must try!! Order some now!

Overall the product is very good. It is a thick liquid with excellent taste. This was my second time purchasing it. My only complaint is that this time the bottle had leaked. The seal was not broken, so it is usable. I am assuming the problem occurred in shipping.

So luscious as a topping on pizza etc! Plus this bottle had a control stopper already in it so it’s easy to drizzle or drip the thick syrup. I’ve used other brands and they don’t compare to this brand. Plus the price is great for the size difference!

My salad is so much better now with this , sweet and tangy .
