Direct replacement
This replaced a similar relay in my 2000 Ford E-350-based motor home as a battery isolator. It is dimensionally identical to the failed White-Rogers unit it replaced, and only different in that it has a separate terminal for a ground wire connector, whereas the OEM unit was grounded through its frame.

Runs Hot - Not Continuous Use
I had to return it. After receiving the product I read a couple of the poor reviews. I decided to test the relay prior to installing it on my boat. Thank goodness I did. 15 minutes of use without a load I measured an exterior temperature of 170°. This product should not be used for continuous use as described. Be careful using this relay!!

Has so far worked just fine.

Works great but connectors rusted up over time and could not remove nuts to change wire, had to buy a new one because the bolt twisted loose while trying to remove nut. I suggest some grease to protect from corrosion if putting this on a vehicle.

Works great. It comes with positive and negative post to activate. The location where it is in my unit is all rusted so I did a plastic lining and required to run ground cable to the unit.

Permet de charger la batterie de mon vr via l'alternateur du camion. L'original ne fonctionnait plus à cause de la corrosion. Je n'ai pas essayé de démarré le moteur avec la batterie du vr, donc je n'ai aucune idée s'il peut suporter l'amperage surtout en température froide.
