The ponytail came in a reusable bag for storage, plus it came with a few extras like bobby pins and hair ties. I really love it especially the coily curls! It look like I have naturally curly hair coming from my roots!! So happy I tried this product despite some of the bad reviews. Keep in mind that this is synthetic hair NOT human hair so to get this kind of quality for less is a really good deal. All I have the do is give it a quick shake, finger style, attach the piece to my ponytail, and go. Instant style on bad hair day!!! Ladies, you have to give it a try!

The media could not be loaded. I loveeeee this ponytail. It’s exactly what I was looking for. At first when I received the package, I thought I was going to return it because it looked too shiny and the curls were too tight for my liking. It did not look big and poofy how I wanted it. But after I washed it and brushed it with my wig brush, the curl pattern changed and the shine started to die down. Now I loveee it! It’s exactly how I wanted it. Not only does it look big and poofy, it still has some curls to it and now it matches my hair texture perfectly!!

I just bought my 4th ponytail, not because I really needed to but because it matches my hair so well and is inexpensive, and I'm afraid the product will become unavailable. Don't get me wrong, after a while the curls lose some definition but that happens with my own hair as well so no biggie. I love wearing it for the fullness of it and it looks very natural. It's pretty coarse to the touch but I'm happy overall.

First, it smells absolutely awful. I tried to wash it and bring some life into this, and it still did not work. The smell seeped in my scalp which lets me know that it was a lot of chemicals used.Second, the curls are crunch and not soft at all.Third, it did not stay on my ponytail. I would try to do a cute bun and it would fall off.Fourth, the curls are crunchy and it did not look right at all. I think it is best used when doing a sleek back ponytail. It was all over the place when at the top of my head.I will not buy this again, and waisted by money. I wore it for one day and threw it away.

This is going to by go to for the fall season!! I LOVE THE TEXTURE!!!!The hair is very soft more of a type 3 curl pattern, nit can be picked out which I did, to resemble a kinkier texture. It has a nice shine but not too shiny and easy to apply to my low bun for some added length. I like that it doesn't get tangled or matted against my clothes. I received a lot of compliments when with this ponytail!

The first one I bought was great. This one...terrible! The hair falls out easily, it's very dense and the color reads 1B, but it clearly is really black.
