Buy them
Totally get them. Whether as a fancy garnish for your favorite Oaxacan cocktail or popping them like chips. They pair perfectly with your favorite tequila or mezcal. Personally I like it with a la Gritona or Tapatio tequila or a montelobos mezcal. Also goes very well with Texas Sotol. If you don’t drinks and want something to pair them with, soda and bitters is great with a little lime, or a spicy ginger beer or tepache pairs great with these and some tomatoes or guacamole. Definitely get them. Deliciously citrusy and smokey with just enough crunch.

DARN, THESE THING ARE ADICTIVELY TASTY.
Not having had grasshoppers before, I was not sure exactly how they would. Glad I got the marinated jar, because are delicious. They are lite and crunchy exploding with flavor in your mouth. And, the marinade is very good. The "best by date" is 06/06/2022. Not that I have ever given that much credence. Another stupid Federal Law. These Chapulines Adobados are probably as good as they were when they were bottled in Oaxaca, Mexico. If you want a burst of flavor that melts in your mouth, these will do the trick. Go ahead. You know you want to try them. I will be buying them again.

Fun for Spanish class
The students love having the opportunity to try this unique "Day of the Dead" food. These are high quality, they come well preserved. My only critique is that the flavor is odd to the American palate. The mix of salt, lime, garlic and chile is not spicy/picante, but still strong and students will be unaccustomed to it. Having said that, the joy of getting to eat an insect under the guise of authentic cuisine is worth it. They love "snapping" the experience and sharing it with their friends and family. Other students stop by during the day to see if they can try one too.

Nephew loved them
Bought them for our nephew for his birthday. He loved them. Some family members thought they had too much spice, others thought not enough.

The best!
I love these! Flavor is great and because they come in a plastic jar, but a baggie, they are intact and not a bunch of crumbs! I've never been excited to eat a bug until trying these.

Kid wanted bugs for his birthday
He loved them and gobbled them all up in a week. He is now12. This was the biggest jar I could find on Amazon.I tried them, tasted good, kinda high on the spicing for eating like popcorn though. I saw them as a good sprinkle on your salad and would use them instead of croutons or nuts on a salad. They were quite good, less spice/salt I could eat them like popcorn.
