I'm very happy with the product because it's delicious and has health benefits.

Love this beet sugar. Wasn't available last time I looked but I'll check today. It's organic. It is as fine as regular sugar but isn't processed with bone char like sugar is. Cane sugar is a good option for vegans, but it is a bigger crystal so not as good for baking. Beet sugar is not quite as sweet as regular sugar, but we like that about it. It is now our go-to for a sweetener.

Has a slightly milder sweetness vs. cane sugar, but a great substitute. Cane sugar does a number on my gut and this is easily traded 1:1.

I like this product, it is finer than regular sugar grains, resolves faster, less sweet.

I'm not vegan, but found this when doing some research on my journey to a healthier diet. Have consumed regular cane sugar since birth. Now at 50, I found out that it was contributing to headaches. I really only use sugar in my morning coffee. Switched to beet sugar and the headaches stopped. Now this is the only sugar I use. There is absolutely no difference in taste or sweetness between this beet sugar and cane sugar. My only complaint is the price. This stuff is EXPENSIVE. But since i only use it for coffee, one back lasts a really long time.

This is the best cane sugar alternative I've come across. Tastes exactly like sugarcane sugar, maybe a smidge less sweet. If you can't eat grains (grass-family), this is your ticket. I wish they sold it in bulk...I tried the MySpicer brand of sugarbeet sugar & the quality is not the same, so I just keep buying these 3-pound bags. I tried the other alternatives (coconut sugar, date sugar, stevia, etc.) and they all taste too funky for me. This stuff behaves exactly like regular sugar, and is even used commercially in various products interchangeably with regular sugar. I've made everything with it, perfect results - lemonade, cookies, frosting (if you have a high-powered blender like a Vitamix or Blendtec, you can make powdered sugar just by running it on high for a minute or two), etc., everything turned out great!Also, the packaging has been redesigned and it clearly states in 3 places that it is non-GMO. It is Non-GMO project verified as well. I included a picture of the new packaging as of June 2015.
