Wonderful product for Raynaud's (circulation) on hands and feet that turn red and painful/itching in the winter. Can use on toes and bottoms of feet for great relief in the winter. Best to start using before the cold weather starts as it protects better that way. I use daily. It has helped me get thru the winter with a lot less pain in my feet. Put on feet, let it work for about 10 minutes before you put your socks back on. I use on hands same way, then wash hands. It keep working most of the day. Can apply again at night with same routine.
