Fish Oil Omega 3 has always been in my daily basis meal plan, it is a supplement that is very good for the health. I have tried before more than 16 types of Fish Oil manufacturers and brands in my entire life, all of the previous brands have positive and negatives sides, for instances the ingredients mix is fundamental, most of the previous brands i tried before are not well balanced or have stuffs your body don't need besides the fish oil, or are made with a big percentage of fish fat with low levels of the DHA and EPA components amounts that your body requires.I was starting to loose my faith in finding a perfect ingredients balanced Fish Oil product and i just gave a try to the PacificCoast NutriLabs 2000mg Fish Oil, at the beginning i was so pessimistic that this product is going to be the same as the 16 brands i tried before but with a different label.I was wrong, this is the best Fish Oil Omega 3, i have ever tried and is a remarkable product. This product is so well manufactured that have a top notch best balanced ingredients, the amount of required pills per day is awesome and the most and greatest feature about this product is you don't have the bad fish awful taste and gas like most or all brands.This product is amazing, i have never recommended before any product to anyone because is a very personal decision to put something in your body but when my friends and coworkers asked me about it, i did't hesitate to give them a try of this product and now they are buying it.I also took this product to my cardiologist and physician to review the product as a daily meal plan product, they gave me the same statement. This is the best Fish Oil Omega 3 they have seen with a reasonable price. As i said before, for me this price is great due the outstanding ingredients mix.

First off the bottle is sexy (not that that has to do anything with the purchase) so the product is as labeled a bunch of medium sized fish oil pills. I take two a day (as recommended) and so far the fishy burps are at a minimum (only two or three a day) there isn't really a fishy after taste or smell so I am thankful of that. The reason I gave the product 4 stars is honestly because I don't see the benefit. I mean don't get me wrong I've heard a gazillion doctors advise me and other people the benefits of fish oil and why you need it so I take them but in reality I've noticed no changes but then again I am becoming a healthier person so maybe I'm not suppose to notice the changes (because there so subtle) so with that being said I recommend purchasing them its cheap and effective (I think lol) also it comes with a full pdf book which is worth a read to you soon to be health nuts.

Incredible fish oil. I am normally critical fish oils because they often don't offer what they're supposed to contain.... the Omega 3 Fatty Acids. Everyone is always so concerned with the fishy smell or fishy burps which isn't why you're taking Fish Oil. (just for the record, these have no smell and I have yet to have a single fishy burp in 2 bottles worth of use)So, when you open this bottle, as I said, you aren’t greeted the fishy smell that you often notice with low quality fish oils. The caps themselves are smaller than I would have expected, soft, and very easy to swallow. Unlike most fish oils, these are NOT ENTERIC COATED. (Apparently there's a study regarding enteric coated fish oil pills that shows that the coating causes an inefficiency when it comes to providing the nutritional benefits.) This fish oil is of such high quality that it doesn't need the coating. In fact, I now view such coating as a way to hide low quality fish oils so you won't notice their burps.study that such coating Then, they are listed as burpless so after you have taken them, you won’t be getting any fishy burps. While most all fish oils do make this claim, so far it has proven true for these.Moving on... why take Fish Oil? You want the Omega 3s. Specifically, the EPA and DHA. The American Heart Association says you should be taking 1000 mg to receive the maximum benefit of Omega-3 fatty acids. So at 2000mg Fish Oil with 1,400mg Omega 3, 800mg EPA and 600mg DHA, you're getting a very good sized dose. And remember, if you want more, you can always take 3 caps instead of the recommended 2 (in fact, most high quality fish oils have a dose of 3 caps)This fish oil is purified through molecular distillation. Usually when you shop for fish oil what you’ll see is, “purified to remove mercury” well, there are more impurities in fish oil than just the heavy metals. Molecular distillation removes all types of impurities… heavy metals, PCB's and any other toxins. That is what you want, especially if you’re going to be taking fish oil for the long term.I will absolutely be purchasing this again. I liked the last fish oil I was taking a lot, but this one is even better.
