The packaging came with two misspellings of the word "True" - okay maybe this isn't an American company, but they got it right on the Amazon ad. But it asks you to '[activate] your 12-month warranty & exclusive gift' (I think, again I am assuming they meant activate and not active) however there is no website to do so and Amazon directs you to "the manufacturer's website", I even tried to use a search engine to find it and no luck. But okay maybe it's not an American company, just doesn't inspire confidence. Otherwise, decent wireless bluetooth headphones from what I can tell. Easy to connect with my phone, both earbuds work, bigger earbuds than other mainstream brands but hey - go for those if that's important to you, you'll just pay for it. Only thing I'm still waiting to test out is if they get water damage from sweat or fall out at the gym. Oh also the charging cord it comes with is only about 3 inches long (included in the photo), but it charges fine on my other micro-USB chargers.

These have a great battery life. The sound is pretty good and the Bluetooth has a decent range to the fully wireless standard.The fit is excellent and they come with a few adapters which you normally have to purchase separately on other brands. I first bought this brand because I was sick of losing and replacing expensive headphones. I'm on my fifth pair, and satisfied with this pair.I advise you to read the instructions carefully, but it is easy to use actually.

I got this product very fast! It comes in a nice small box. Everything is packed very neatly. There are different sizes of earbud caps and an usb cable for your convenience. The charger is very neat with a magnetic closure.I tend to use these earbuds while I am at work. These are great for tuning out background noise while I’m listening to music, etc. I also like to use these while working out.I give these wireless earbuds a 5 star rating! It is very worth it especially for this price!

Great fit!!!!! I followed the directions exactly and they paired to each other and to my phone quickly and easily! When I get a call they pick up quickly too. I have used a lot of different bluetooth headsets, wired and not and I must say that I absolutely love the connection, sounds, battery life, distance you can go from your phone, charging, container to charge (and store them)! I'm very happy I bought these.

Sound quality is decent, they stay in the ear but always feel like they’re just about to fall out. Major issue is they will randomly disconnect for a couple seconds then reconnect when I’m jogging. Haven’t used them long enough to fully test battery life. They’re 3 stars because they’re priced for their quality.Edit 7/30/2021: I had to update to 1 star only because I don’t know how to put 0 stars. During a 21 minute run they disconnected 3 times. Then, when they automatically reconnected, they don’t start playing music again and the controls on the ear buds don’t work. Combination of terrible programming with cheap hardware. My phone was in a pocket, not more than 2 feet away at any time. I only hope I can refund these so I can buy a beer to drown the sorrows of a bad purchase.

I love them brought two pairs for me and my boyfriend and they are loud clear easy to use and pair i love the case they come with

**UPDATED** I feel like I need to say this now that I've read more of the past reviews because honestly, I'm surprised there are quite a few negative ones from 2019-2020. These are definitely NEW and IMPROVED because they seem to be a much different and better product now than in the past.Okay so I have purchased @ 10 different wireless earbud sets in the last 18 months with 4 of those sets purchased in the last two week because they were a good deal and I really wanted to see what the difference was.These EDECUS earbuds are my favorite ones. Not only is the sound quality excellent, when I'm on a phone call, the other person isn't saying "you sound like you're being muffled" (oh boy was I tired of hearing that!). Also, when you push the button on outside to pause, when you push again it actually unpauses and for some reason that seems to be a challenge with most of the others. AND it isn't so sensitive that adjusting it in your ear while on a phone call disconnects you. Lol because we all know how frustrating THAT is!Pair easily, battery life is the longest I think @ 8 hours. Great product. Very pleased.

Bought these in June 2019 and used them very little. Worked good for a while, then the right ear side would go from 100% to 15 % in about 15 minutes. Then the case had a problem, and when placed in the case the red light would not come on. Tried to charge with the buds in the case, then not in the case, and the 4 blue lights would finally light up like the case was charged. Would place the buds in the case and the red light would come on the left bud, but the light would not come on on the right bud and it would not, it seems take a charge. I would not suggest buying these as they are very poor quality.
