Dog Baskerville Ultra Muzzle Size 5 (Blue)

It doesn't quite fit my dog, but so far the objective of keeping him from swallowingrocks is being met. The blue color is great because it seems more benign thanblack or brown. He's a sweet friendly dog and the blue helps people treat him assuch.

I have bought about 10 of these muzzles already, as my dog dislikes them and eats them when he finds them :DI WISH THEY WOULD KEEP MAKING THE BLUE COLOR ONES, as the black one is extremely ugly, and my dog looks like Hannibal Lecter.My dog is a White Shepherd/Husky mix, and he has a very long extra slim nose, so none of the sizing works for him.My dog's nose is 4 inch long, circumference 10 inch.I use a size 5. The muzzle is not long enough but it's really big around his face.The Basket Circumference is 15 inches, The Basket Length is 4.25 inches.This basket muzzle is constructed of a durable rigid material which is soft and malleable. I made the basket longer as it wasn't long enough, but buying a bigger size would mean the basket would be extremely huge in circumference.I had to dip it in boiling water and then made the muzzle longer so it would fit my dog.Even thought it's really huge around his face, he can at least pant and breathe.The strap that is supposed to be attached to the collar on the bottom of the muzzle is way too long. Should be 2/3 shorter.This extra length is just useless and it doesn't keep the muzzle in it's place.The top strap that goes over the head is way too short and therefore useless too.I use this on my dog for his training while walking on a leash or while running off leash at the dog park.If left unattended, he can take it off real fast and since it's made out of soft rubber, it won't resist dogs sharp teeth. It takes about 30 seconds for a dog to tear it to pieces.

It was ok was a little small on our basset hound size 5. also it was roughly cut it rubbed our dogs nose raw and caued him to bleed the rubber needs to be sanded down.

Really nice muzzle for our 70 pound mixed breed. I ordered a size 6 but was not sure if it would fit him. He has Belgian Shepard, Boston Terrier, Irish Water Spaniel, and a couple more breeds in him, so I wasn't really sure what muzzle length would fit his muzzle. Turns out the length was perfect. He has more of a boxer square muzzle with a shepard's length.He actually played with the muzzle at first tasting it and when we used it to go to the vet, he was a perfect gentleman and did not fight the muzzle at all. I think the design is perfect with the larger openings to allow a dog to drink water or have a treat. Our son could even open our dogs mouth with the muzzle on to show the vet the dog's two front teeth that rub on each other and the enamel loss with out any problems at all.We did notice that having a muzzle on seems to increase our 2 dogs confidence. Would highly recommend this muzzle to anyone. This muzzle is definitely better than the cloth ones for our dog.The only thing I would suggest is checking the inside of the muzzle for rough or sharper rubber mold pieces that might irritate you dog's under mouth. This did have some rough spots that we trimmed down. Maybe the company can look into a better trim process when the muzzle is removed from the mold.

This will not stay on my dog. I am disappointed.

Uber fast shipping! Thank you. Haven't tried it on the dog yet, first one from different seller was damaged. Got this to replace and went with blue hoping to reduce the possible negative reaction of a 90# Pit in a muzzle. He'll be steamed as black wouldn't be so obvious to his line of sight but he's alive not euthanized which was his future otherwise. My daughters dog also has this and it's blue as well. Design and quality are excellent. Fit is fundamental order two if you have to but fit is everything in a muzzle.

The fabric strap does not stay on all that well.

The Muzzle itself was great, awesome qualityBut the Measurement system SUCKS!I tried contacting the Company to find the correct measurements.So, I ended up buying a Muzzle that was way way too big because the measurements were WAY off on the website.The website goes by breed (I have a small Bull Terrier-the Bull Terrier size was 2 sizes too big)The measurments on Amazon are also WAY wrong.So, All I can say is- If you want this muzzle, Expect to buy a few of them and hope for the best.

Got a blue 1 as my Doberman is black & tan so wanted to make it visible, kind of hideous but does the job. She seems comfortable in it, can eat & drink easily & cannot remove it...and she's is a houdini!! :)

Dog managed to get it off within 10 minutes, will be sticking to the usual orginal baskerville basket muzzle.Very difficult to get the sizing right.. needs re designing.

Been looking for a long time for a muzzle that my pit could not get off was comfortable and did exactly what it was meant to do. Would recomend this to everyone :)

Ich liebe diesen Maulkorb! Er ist Super ,sieht Super aus,die Nase ist frei und wenn ein Hund schlauer ist als meine Hündin 😊,kann er damit sogar trinken. Ich würde ihn immer wieder holen und immer wieder in hellblau. Meine Dobi-Hündin hat Größe 5 und er passt perfekt! Super👍👍👍👍👍

Bonne idée la couleur, j'ai eu du mal à trouver autre chose que du noir.C'est mieux comme cela, l'impression de cette muselière est plus rassurante.Livraison très rapide, je suis très contente.
