Great tape
My job was 72 shirts, use one sheet and at the end was still tacky. Great stuff beats spray glues.

Works Great , makes clean up super easy. Happy with my Purchase
This tape makes it so easy to clean your screen printing pallet after a printing job. Simply peel off . I didn’t know about this when I first started and just sprayed the adhesive spray directly on the pallet which causes a build up of lint and adhesive. This was such a pain to clean off, you actually need some kind of special cleaner. This tape just peels off and you have a fresh clean pallet ready for your next printing job. It also makes it easy to mark out center lines etc for alignment. I didn’t have any trouble peeling it off after. I was happy with my purchase.

Could have been great.
Just an update and I’ve actually downgraded my review from a 2 star to a 1 star.Aside from the QC issues I initially mentioned in my original review, this stuff just doesn’t stick well at all. As someone else has mentioned, it begins to peel off around the platen edges almost immediately. So you can either tape it down = tape the tape down seems inefficient to me, or you can remove it after each run. Which is inefficient and costly. If you don’t do one of these things then the edges of peeling tape can cause garment misalignment on your platens. So I’ve just been removing it every run. A similar sized, normal roll of R-Tape would normally last me a couple years. Sometimes longer depending on my fleece numbers. This stuff? Barely a year. This stuff is absolute garbage and I’m rage using it to at least get some of my money out of it. You’re way better off buying the more expensive R-tape or PMI. The upfront cost is higher but it will LITERALLY last you 2-3 times longer.I've been screen printing for a pretty long time. Platen tape is one of my least favorite things in the world to buy. I have a Vastex 2000 HD with rubber topped platens and some tapes are way too grippy, making it a nightmare to remove. I print my own brand for retail and during the Holiday season, I go through a good amount of tape. One of the reasons I hate buying this stuff is the price. If you look around online, you're looking at $80 and up for standard platen tapes. It's one of those "things I need and they know it" type of supplies. After winter though, a tape application works quite a long time on standard tees and tanks. So I guess, it evens out. Enter this stuff...Us screen printers can be totally put off by change. I guess I'm like that too. Probably because we sift through so many garbage products, that promise us magic, until we find what works for us. It makes it really difficult to try new stuff. But when I saw this tape at $60, I thought - hey, it's tape! HOW bad can it be??? Well...it COULD be great. If only there was an ounce of forethought and quality control put into the product and it's packaging. When the package arrived, I was stoked. I was down to barely any of my good old R tape roll. And I was eager to try this stuff out. When I opened the box though, the roll of tape was literally thrown into an empty box. Just rolling and bumping around the box until it landed on my doorstep, putting multiple dings and dents into the edges of the roll. If you know those dings and dents, then you know them. But nothing is perfect, and I went out to apply tape to the platens for the following print day.Application 1: Everything went well despite the dings and dents on the edges. The tape has enough tack to stick, but not so much that it resembles a contact cement and a nightmare to remove. It's easily reposition able if needed, in case you get bubbles or a bad alignment.Removal 1: Removing the tape since it was covered in hoodie fleece boogers was easy as well. It peeled right off. All good.Application 2: And I'm feeling good! That's when the QC thing comes into play....long slits in the right side of the tape roll as I'm applying the tape. Not ignorable slits either. These are slits right in the print zone. I unroll, and unroll, and unroll. After about 15 feet, the slits are gone. Ok.Platen 1 done; good. Platen 2? A new slit, this time in the middle of the roll = the middle of the design zone. 15 feet later that slit was gone. So, it's a good deal on a decent tape. But packaging is awful and I've never experienced slits in any tape like that. So second day in and 30 feet of tape wasted? I have to wonder how many more issues I will discover. That $20 saving is starting to look like a waste of time, resources and probably money. Am I nitpicking? I don't think so. If you use this product then you know how pricey it is. Not to mention the value of your time. At the end of the day, I have the stuff. Should I return it and waste even more time? I will likely use it up and deal with the issues as they arise and never purchase it again.
