So here I am, writing this review drinking my coffee and thinking about going for a smoke. If it is bad for your teeth I will probably do it (apart from drink wine).I brought these as my teeth, although clean, have become stained due to the abuse they have suffered. The instruction on the kit is a bit misleading. On the box it says to clean your teeth, on the leaflet, it says not too. I got very confused when it came to putting them on as there isn't any clear direction on the bottom set of teeth (it is a weird shape, but it does fit)So wabam, black strips applied. Now you have to leave them on for 30minutes, with no food or drink. It might just be my mouth, but apparently, as soon as these were in I produced a RIDICULOUS amount of saliva. Which when swallowed gained a minty taste.So after looking like a Victorian pirate, 30 minutes was up. Time to remove the black. It was easy to take off, it leaves a lot of black stuff on your teeth, but a quick clean with the toothbrush and all gone.Wow, my teeth were left instantly whiter. I was amazed, these had managed to remove the stains that had been built up for a long time.Very good product.

I saw results on the first day of using these strips. It made my teeth shinier. I did not, however, use it for more than 3 days because I was tending to swallow the substance which was giving me a lumpy throat feeling and because it did not cover my teeth fully.Since I do not have straight teeth in my lower jaw, it is very difficult to ensure it sticks to all of my teeth - I have to push it in between the gaps of my teeth. It is better on the upper jaw.The main issue is that my mouth kept producing saliva and hence I swallowed some of the substance which keeps it stuck to your teeth. This produced a lumpy feeling in my throat which was uncomfortable.I think I would prefer to use charcoal toothpaste, but at least I learnt these are not for me - 3.5*/5.

I genuinely think these make you teeth whiter, however only short-term. they are great before a night out, if you do one a day for 3 days, and leave on for about 20 mins each time, they really make a difference! your teeth especially glow in the dark! however, if you don't use them for a while your teeth go back to normal, not any worse though! at first i found them very hard to use and it just felt uncomfortable in my mouth, however if you ensure your teeth are dry before putting them on, then once they are on just don't open your mouth or swallow anything (easier than it sounds) then you will be fine! then when you take them off, use an old toothbrush to scrape the excess goo off you teeth! sounds gross but they are minty and i think worth the hassle! most reviews aren't good on here but I've had a really good experience of them.. here to buy some more!

I've used this product 2 times and the result is horrible. These strips was literally took off my tooth enamel! So the result: my tooth didn't get whiter instead of I have white patches on my tooth (because of the missing enamel) plus my tooth is getting sensitive now. I've throw them out. Waste of money and they will ruined your tooth.I do not recommend at all!!

I've been using this product twice a year since 2009 with consistently excellent results. I regularly receive compliments on how white my teeth are from my dentist & complete strangers alike. The results are especially noticeable in lighting scenarios with a cooler color temperature, such as in daylight or when lit by a camera flash. They can cause some tooth discomfort during the first couple days of the cycle for me (even a shooting pain from time to time), but your results may vary based on your tooth sensitivity. But the results make it worth it - make sure to stick it out and finish the whole pack!

These were much cheaper than the Crest or other brand names, and worked the same if not better. My best friend is a dentist and she will now be recommending them to her patients since they worked so well on me. I bleached my teeth to match a veneer I'm getting and she had to move up to the bleach colored veneers to match it got them so white. It doesn't get the edges around your gums very well, like most strips, but it creates a more natural look to your teeth I think. The taste is awful and the residue is hard to get off without using a toothbrush but in my opinion a tiny and temporary price to pay for inexpensive and effective whitening.

This is an effective, no-hassle means to achieve noticeably whiter teeth without paying an exorbant amount of money.I read several other reviews which stated that these strips cause gum and tooth sensitivity. In my case, this was definitely true; however, it did not impede the process. If my teeth were sensitive, I just skipped a couple days until they felt strong enough to apply another strip. My teeth still whitened even with the days off, and the sensitivity was more of a minor discomfort than any sort of pain.Bottom line, these are a great means of cheaply and efficiently whitening your teeth, and I am quite happy with the results.

I have been using these strips for a couple years now and they are great. After a lifetime of drinking both coffee and red wine I did not do a lot of smiling to show off my dull yellow-white teeth. But now everyone who knows me comments on the fact that I am always smiling! Why not? It makes people feel good and I now have a very bright smile! I couldn't be happier.I have not had the pain or discomfort that a lot of people do, my wife has but she gets thru it by using Sensadyne and taking a day off here and there. The strips are very easy to use. I have nothing negative to say about them.
