You absolutely should use this protection plan
I have to put out there that there has been though the years of buying electronics and then buying extended warranties and then having to every now and again having to make use of said warranty was sometimes made as difficult and longer a process as possible making it where you just wanna pass on that extra bit of money.Well tried asurion protection plan and there has been a few times I have had to make use of the protection plan and I have not a single off putting thing to say about it. It was so easy and simple the people were so easy to talk to and go out of their way to answer your questions,and it's not a process that takes up a large amount of time and I wouldn't even consider not purchasing that extra protection because I have come to know it's worth the money I spend on it and has saved me a great deal of money on those items that I had to get replaced.

My experience w ASURION has payed off SO MANY TIMES it’s just an automatic essential add on now w all my important purchases. Insurance claims can be such a pain I never used to even bother, but despite no one knowing which reviews can and CAN’T be trusted anymore these days, all I can do is leave my HONEST and unpaid or somehow “persuaded” simple human review who buys a LOT off Amazon, and now has YEARS of personal experience in being able to just call up ASURION anytime I have an issue and need to make use of the warranty I very fortunately purchased, and they back me up and make it as easy as possible to either replace the item or refund my purchase in order to buy a different brand💚💚💚 SUPER nice people, easy to use, over 💯 % worth the 💲 on items you have to pay for to last as LONG as possible, I have a ton of skepticism about certain retailers lately, but with my whole heart, I want to thank ASURION for making good on their protection plans and helping in whatever way is possible as QUICKLY as possible. If it’s something that’s important to you or you need to last for years and years and years, I cannot emphasize enough how important this coverage turns out to be. ESPECIALLY regarding household appliances, floor care protection plans, and any kind of electronic devices. WORTH THE EXTRA 💲 UPFRONT‼️ Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worth the little extra money!
Definitely worth the extra money! The headphones I had ordered broke and were no longer working properly. Thankfully, it was within the 2 year warranty period. It was so easy to submit a claim with Asurion. Within hours of returning the headphones to UPS store, I received Amazon credit to use. It was quick, easy, and reliable. I would highly recommend!

Great job!
Forgot I had purchased this for a product. When I found it a year and a half later, it was still under warranty with Asurion. Call them due to the issue of the product and they sent me what I paid for it before tax and regulatory fees. Wished they had covered those parts too, but very happy with the experience otherwise.

The plan is great. Customer service is not
Maybe I had a bad experience, but I have 2 separate experiences with this company. The 1st is through Amazon when I bought the plan. No issues. Everything went smooth. The 2nd is through Asurion. I have mixed reaction to them. To file a claim was simple & easy to do. I was sent a gift card for the purchase amount to replace the item. Everything went perfectly. The problem I had comes in when I tried inquire about add the replacement item to the plan. Well it took 3-4 days, no problem. The issue I ran into was when I tried to inquire about how to add the item to the plan. I emailed becuase there is no number to call. It took a while for someone to get back to me & when they did, they told me I needed to contact Amazon for that. Struck me as a little odd, but I didn't thing nothing of it. The representative for Asurion gave me a number that led me to be scammed. I ended being charged for something more than once & had to cancel & replace that card. I knew it was a scam becuase when I asked the person during sign up would there be an email sent to me that would allow me to cancel whatever I signed up for, they said yes but no email was ever sent. Then I tried calling the number back, I got hung up on & blocked. So yes I have mixed reviews about this company. On one hand it was great as far as the product, on the hand it's absolutely horrible as far as the customer service.
