Product was good. The box came damage and parts were falling out. I blame the carrier for this not the seller. The product is exactly as mentioned in the ad and was delivered before the date shown.

Springs and pin are strong. Fitment was ok. Plastic shield broke nearly immediately after getting hit by a rock, and ended up breaking even more as more small sticks, grass, and stones hit it. Would not buy again- very brittle plastic.

Product arrived quickly and was easy enough to install. took me a few minutes to figure the springs out, and the instructions arent clear. The worst thing is the little clip that holds the bar in place. It simply wouldn't go on. Then I bent it and it broke trying to force it on. Otherwise, its a mower grass chute and works.

Perfect fit and quality parts. The clip is somewhat tricky to put on but very typical of oem parts. Very rugged but sufficient flexibility not to break even if you bump into things.

Needed to replace my single seat that came with my 2021 FLHT with a seat with a passenger. The stock seat was a bit uncomfortable for me (5'8"... short legs). The first ride with the Lowdown was great. I went about a 100 miles before I remembered that I had swapped it out. The old seat had me hurting in about 20 minutes.I have had a few Mustang seats. They are quality.
