Most of us on a Keto diet don't expect "keto" products to taste as good as the originals, and I didn't expect this bread to either. But I found this item to be very poor in nearly every respect. I just cannot eat it and will discard the entire order consisting of three (3) loaves. I tried toasting it, spreading it with butter, etc, but that did not help enhance the taste. It has an offensive "sweet" odor right out of the bag which worsens with toasting or microwaving. The texture is not bread-like, but that's common in most keto bread products so I wasn't surpried by that. I just can't get past the offensive "sweet" odor and the taste, (or lack thereof). I was hopeful when I ordered it, but I won't purchase again. One final thought: I placed the order on Dec 1 and tracking said it shipped the next day, but it didn't arrive until December 18. The bakery said it should be fine, but that seems like a long shipping time for a food item like bread.

I have been on the keto diet for about 6mnths now and I have been craving bread. When I received this bread it was soooo delicious that I ate it right out of the package just like that. It states that you freeze it when you receive it and it pretty good when thawed out. I have made French toast and peanut butter and sugar free syrup sandwich. I highly recommend it. Is it pricey? Yes, but it is AMAZING!!. . . I am now on my second shipment since the whole family is now on Keto diet. I plan to order more it's worth the price by far. . . God bless to all!!

Flavor was not good, I know it’s low carb, gluten free etc but tastes like raw egg .Tooooo expensive for the size of loaf . Very small slices and in my opinion gets worst on toasting.Very strong vanilla smell mixed with raw egg texture.They should offer trial sizes for better price or make it available in the stores so that we don’t have to spend 39$ just for trying it and if you don’t like it we end up wasting it because of their so-called policy they cannot refund the money if it’s been opened. For first-time customers there should be an option if they don’t like the taste they can get the full refund back. I am very disappointed how it tastes , size and the customer service out there. It’s very expensive for what is offered. I would give negative stars for it if it’s an option.

Definitely not what I expected. The bread was moist, but no mildew. It has a strange smell. I did as recommended and separated each slice with parchment paper and froze. I toasted one slice and you can smell the bread as it is toasting. I put butter on it. Not the best, but edible. I will try making garlic cheese bread with it next time to see if it flavors it up some. I will use up these 3 loafs eventually I am sure, but I will never buy this bread again. I guess they sell in a 3 pack to get rid of it, because it appears you cannot return. This bread should not be advertised as bread. It is more like a poundcake type of bread.

At the time of my order they were very backed up with requests and it took and extra week from the original delivery date. When the bread arrived it had a heavy consistency (almost like banana bread). It is heavy and if you eat more than two slices you will feel it in your stomach. Mine arrived - three heavy loaves thrown in box and left to bang around without any packing. The loaves were smashed into some strange shapes when they arrived. After waiting on the bread I was ready to try it out smashed or not. Immediately threw some in toaster. After one cycle threw some butter on it and took a bite - the flavor was OK. Maybe because of the moist consistency I should have run it through 2X. Tried to use for making sandwiches, and even grilled cheese - flavor of two slices of the bread almost overpowered the contents of the sandwich. Have seen other comments regarding quick formation of mold on delivery. I can say that when mine arrived it did seem to be very moist (almost wet) in the bags. I saw what looked like baking marks on the outside of the loaves -- put all in refrigerator and seemed like before a week passed there was what could be mold forming in the package. It happened fast and I luckily split the order with a friend or would have had to throw out more than half of it. It is too bad because I was hoping for something to make sandwiched, toast, etc but for the cost, way it arrived, so so flavor, and how fast it turned bad -- not for me!!

This bread makes phenomenal french toast!!It doesn't toast easily...as the package says..but man!..once it is..slap butter and syrup..yum..and the smell is a total stomach grumbling tease while you wait..my husband thought I was baking a cake!!...I really wish it was cheaper though...so I wouldn't have to limit myself...Bottom line..the only two things that are considered is that it doesn't toast easily and it breaks apart quite easily..To me though...worth it..moist, flavorful, with a very slight eggy texture...and you definitely taste the vanilla as well.

Okay i really really wanted to love this bread even after i read all the reviews i like to judge for myself and I really really wish i had listened to the critics because i ended up just throwing all three loafs in the trash after I tried feeding them to my dogs and they wouldn't touch them 🤭 i got these in the mail and i was excited to have bread back in my life or so i thought it would be bread it is not and the taste of it i can honestly say was unbearable and im not picky but it tastes like it smells and dont let that hint of vanilla smell fool you that other lingering smell is what they taste like now the texture dont be thinking this is going to resemble anything close to bread that yummy bread texture you are craving nope get that out of your head it is more like soggy french toast that smells okay but when you take a bite you know you done messed up and you paid so much for it you choke it down needless to say i ended up with heartburn a bad taste in my mouth and no quench to my craving 🤦🏻‍♀️ Buy at your own risk this stuff comes in a tiny loaf and seems like it weighs 3lbs hints the soggy french toast also i felt i needed to freeze it because i felt it was gonna give me salmonella if i didnt hey that could be my mind playing tricks on me because of what i saw visually
