Window and door seal SFD13 STEIGNER SFD series rubber seals are made of TPE (thermoplastic elastomers) material. The seals are suitable for windows and doors at homes, in cars, boats, machines, industrial halls, workshops and many other places. They protect from water ingress, frost, heat, insects, etc. Protection of gaps allows for a significant reduction of heating costs. SFD seals have silencing properties. Due to the TPE material used in the production of the seal, it can easily adapt to the surface, securing it effectively and permanently. TPE material with a hardness of 60 ± 5 ° Sh A makes the seal flexible and durable. It doesn't deform or loose it's properties throughout the years. Seals made of TPE are resistant to UV radiation, ozone, various weather conditions, water, high temperature up to +110°C or 230°F and frost up to -40°C or -40°F.
