Easy to use, quality product with great price.

This product is very good for the price, and it's efficient for the job as described. I had a problem with the assembly due to my mistake, and when I reached to the company, I was given fully attention and assistance. There is a guy in this company, name is Abel. This guy was extremely helpful in the assembly. Honestly, I had a very good experience with the product. I will like to see the new edition coming by February or March, I may purchase one.

This smoker cranks out some pretty good food even for a novice. I like that there are two cooking levels with an extra water bowl. It converts into a nice grill too. I picked this one out because it was the closest autonomy to a Weber Smokey Mountain that I could afford (does not have the same amount of bottom vents or a fire ring). It is nice but not a Smokey Mountain. It gets very hot. I'm still working on controlling the temperature. I had the most luck getting the temp down to 250 by closing the bottom and top vents most of the way. The temp will hold with a nice steady smoke. The door is flimsy and just kinda sits in the drum. It's not hinged and can easily slide out. I'm not sure about the quality of the material but I seasoned it and did an empty smoke with some Kingsford Blue and a chunk of Hickory before cooking on it. Used it every weekend since. Will probably add a fire ring and an extra bottom grate to keep the bottom from burning out to soon. The bottom grate that comes with it isn't spectacular. The grates are cleaned and oiled after each use along with the bowls and insides of the smoker. Hoping this will allow me to have a good smoker for a while.

I had high hopes for this smoker. It was a not hard to put together but not easy either. I used it for a large barbq I had and my ribs were in the smoker for about 7 hours. They did not come out the way I had hoped. It requires a lot of attention to keep it to a decent temperature too. I will be trying again Fingers crossed the issues were just because it was the 1st use

Works as it should. I don’t like that there is a gap at the top of the door and I have tried to manipulate it to stay shut, but it doesn’t seem to affect how it works. It’s my first smoker so I don’t have much to compare it to but I like it.

The directions or lack there of makes putting the smoker together extremely difficult, the only directions was a picture of the smoker and the parts. I have it assembled but there is not a bracket to support the second water pan. There were several dents on the bottom piece that I had to straighten before the middle piece would fit. The door latch is a joke. It doesn’t close completely and will let heat and smoke out. The thermostat turns inside the outer case when I try to tighten it. I am not happy with their product.

Bad QC. Dents and unfitted door. Bent to close wrong and has a gap around door(using gasket to reduce leaks) 3 dents at base. Had to pull out with tools. Will do a burn in with the pitmaster iq to test temp for a future cook. package was perfect so this was a qc mistake.Update 5/31/2020Meh. Worked but the product peeled and melted at 250-275 smoke with a pitmaster iq attached.see other pics.

Smokes great. The door is not as good as I’d like but works.
