There's no menthol product in this spray. I am allergic to any menthol product. The spray is fantastic. I have been using it for the past year and it works.

What other ingredients does this contain?

Lidocaine 4% is the main ingredient, the inactive ingredients are as followed: caprylic/capric triglyceride, isobutane, propylene glycol, SD alcohol 40 (30%)

Can you carry on a plane?

I think u can put in luggage but not to carry in cabin
