I dont know if it is some sort of clay or what but there was barely enough tp put in one of the two slots meant to be used for pawprints..... i am rather ticked off because my pet has different mutations to each front paw, one has an extra toe and the other has one toe that has two claws growing from one toe, which is why i bought a kit meant to frame two paw prints not just one.

I see that it is clay for the paw print...but it is pretty hard... do I need to get it warm to place the paw print in it??? Will it harden after placing the paw print in it so it will last? Do I need to do anything to it to get it to harden? Is there a frame to put the clay in so it fits the opening? I see on post someone said fellow instructions, I didn't get any instructions.... Need some guidance here...

It was a little cheaply made and I was a little less than impressed but if you work with it a little bit it does work ok but nothing shocking. I think there could have been more clay I barely had enough to cover my squares and my dogs paw touched the wood through the clay which sucked because I lost my dog and can’t make a new one but I was able to patch it. All in all this is an ok product but nothing spectacular

I am very happy with this purchase, although my only complaint would be that they provide such tiny amount of clay and that I thought the frame came with glass.

Amazon deliver use frame! It was dirdy and cracked! Of course during the Covid-19 is so hard to return it! You can imagine my disappointment purchasing this frame for my beloved pet memory and came in this condition! Very very unprofessional of Amazon!

Not a good product. Very cheap and non sturdy. You will do better going to Michaels buying a 2 inch deep frame and clay and doing it yourself. The frame is plastic with a plastic screen which I’m sorry I don’t know the name as well as a very cheap piece of wood and if you have a large dog the clay amount is very minimal. Not worth $20.

Instructions weren't that great as to where place the clay. Tools were too large with the clay in the frame. The frame piece isnt glass and came scratched on mine. I still was able to get a nice set of paw prints the night before we had to say goodbye to our furry friend.
