external CD/DVD USB drive
Oh my! this is wonderful. Fast! excellent quality! Worth EVERY PENNY! I am surprised that the cost is so low for such "MORE THAN EXCELLENT" quality! Since internal CD/DVD drives will soon be things of the past, I'd suggest everyone get one of these, if not two! Adding to my post ---WOW! The very next day a friend call...she knew nothing of my purchase. She asked me about an external CD player....I immediately sent her a link to this one and told her to order it POST HASTE! I am going to get a couple more for gifts. There will be no more internal CD/DVD drives. This is a more than perfect solution!

Great value DVD/CD portable drive...made life easy
The media could not be loaded. This is a very slim drive but well built.My new laptop didn’t have a drive and I needed something in a pinch. No software, setup, or installation needed. It's plug and play drive. It does exactly what it's supposed to. it worked perfectly right when I plugged it in.Very pleased with this drive.

Durable burner nice storage of USB cord
This unit replaced my HP DVD/CD writer which finally fell apart. This unit is solidly built with great connections. Very few issues. Occasionally have a CD burn error but do not know if it is due to the burner or the software.

Great product, & smart design.
I am glad these are still available. I am replacing my old one. Other than nice design & great value that other reviews mention, the quality of this product is outstanding. It has a neat feature as well - a special “U” slot on the underside to tuck away the cable, so it doesn’t dangle when not used. I am really pleased with the purchase.

Item does not work
The door would not eject without ejecting it manually, would not run a DVD/CD. It was cheaper for me to buy another one than sending it back and waiting for a replacement to arrive at my APO address.

Easy to use & value
Once I received the External CD DVD Drive, USB 3.0 Slim Portable External CD DVD Rewriter Burner Writer, I had it running within 5 minutes. Works great. I have watched some DVDs and burned memos and pictures. So, easy to use, and a great price. A good choice no matter what level you will use it for.
