C30B Robotic Vacuum Cleaner 2D Map Navigation, 3000Pa Suction, Smart Memory, Map Shown on WiFi App, 350ml Electric Water Tank, Wet Mopping

I've had my vacuum (Geoffrey) for a little over a year now and I honestly love it! Between three kids, a husband, and two meadium/long haired dogs I was using my shark vacuum on our laminate floors twice a day. Now I just run Geoffrey and use my shark along the walls and in the corners once a week. I clean out the brushes and empty the dust bin each day before I run it just to make sure it works as well as possible. The only issue that I have had is it stopped connecting to my WiFi about 4 months ago. It's not a super big deal, just a slight inconvenience that I have to make sure I get him started before I leave the house instead of being able to turn him on while I'm out.

Ehh it barely works to clean it can only pick up dog hairs

This vacuum does not work well. Since day one it is not connecting to the WiFi. We didn't have the time to deal with all the issues and now we missed the return on it. Can't find anyone to help me with the problems.

I have a Roomba 980. A milagrow imap 8.0 already at home abd I am using them almost for an year . now I bought this and I shall rate it 2stars better than Roomba 980. 4stars btr than milagrow imap8.0. Though this product is 33percent of the above two.excellent in all aspects that is cleaning,moping, maping, looks,silience and speed of doing. I strongly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this vacuum from another marketplace, but wanted to ensure my insight and feedback for it.Summary:I have had three different smart vacuums now, and this one from Liectroux, is easily the worst! It struggles to transition from my hardwood floor to carpet, acts like the charging station is a deterrent when it is supposed to go back to charge or is finished, and does a poor job mopping. Even with the mapping feature provided through their application, it still isn't able to clean the whole area of my apartment (and it's a studio). Liectroux's customer support is lackluster and slow. The product's description left by the seller Liectroux is untrustworthy and inaccurate. Lastly, not even sure why I've bothered looking for 2-in-1 smart vacuums and mops as the mop feature never works and I can add this smart vacuum to that list!Hardwood Floor Transition to Carpet/Rug:If you wanted your smart vacuum to vacuum in nice and efficient lines, good luck if you have carpeting/rugs! This smart vacuum will get stuck on carpeting/rugs and if it somehow makes the transition it will typically be forced in a different direction as it struggled being caught on the carpeting/rug. The customer support said that my rug was too thick, I will beg to differ as my other two smart vacuums made the transition seamlessly. Is that to say this smart vacuum is poorly designed in comparison to the others? When monitoring why this smart vacuum gets stuck on my rug, I noticed it appeared to do with the left and right brushes. I am not sure if it's their length or shape, but I can assure you whatever it is, it was poorly designed.Charging Station Return:Simply put, this smart vacuum acts like the charging station is it's worst enemy. Every time I execute the command to return to the charging station or it returns on it's own will after "cleaning", it will go every where except where the charging station is located! I typically have to manually place the smart vacuum on the charging station.Mopping Feature:Not sure why this manufacturer (let alone any other manufacturers) at this time have incorporated a mopping feature. I have had three different brands (including this one) of smart vacuums with the mopping feature and none of them had worked, they just brush your floor with water, what good does that do? This smart vacuum from Liectroux, does no different, you might as well not bother with the mopping feature as it does no good. I can see why these manufacturers are including the 2-in-1 smart vacuum and mop for a cheap price so that they can sell more as that's what I and many others would love to have! It's a great marketing tactic, I'll give them that. It just seems as of this day in age, a 2-in-1 smart vacuum and mop is not a realistic device. With that being said, I'd recommend looking for a smart vacuum that is dedicated to vacuuming and not buy into the poorly done mopping features from Liectroux and many other smart vacuum manufacturers. If you really need mopping, your best bet would be to purchase a smart mop that is designed to only doing mopping. I can't imagine we'd need two devices to do similar tasks, but this is where we are with smart vacuum/mop technology apparently!Customer Support:Furthermore, if you want to contact the manufacturer of the smart vacuum (Liectroux), they are very unhelpful and reluctant to comply for returns (or valid assistance). I will not be purchasing anything from this manufacturer ever again!

Funciona muy bien y la interfaz es fácil de usar. Mi pareja y yo estuvimos buscando mucho entre los productos de este tipo y nos decidimos por esta por la relación calidad/precio. De acuerdo con muchas reseñas esta es una gran opción por un precio más bien bajo (comparado con las otras) y no se equivocaban. Muy satisfecha con mi compra.
