Retainers, not for all-day wear
Product arrived quickly, seems well made, pricing is very good. The end where the O-ring goes could be finished more smoothly, it's got some mold flashing or seam or something that is sharp-ish and unpleasant. The rest of it is smooth, works well for what it's supposed to be, and doesn't interfere with medical stuff like MRIs. It's sold as "retainer" and as long as you stick to that, it's a very good product. On the tongue retainer thought: If you're looking for something for a job interview, or worse, all-day-at-the-office, this isn't it. It's more white than clear, probably at least as easy to see as a black barbell, the sizing is such that it's not going to tuck in comfortably, and the weird shape tends to catch on things. Also, O-ring retention is not secure enough to eat with this in your tongue, you'll probably need to remove it to eat, unless you dine exclusively on liquids. If you're looking for something all-day-wearable that will actually mostly disappear, look to the clear, black, or flesh-tone barbell products out there with secure thread-on ends, and get something that fits properly, as this does neither of those. As a nipple retainer, it's excellent. Smooth, comfortable, light weight, non-metallic, and it's not like visibility to coworkers is a huge concern for most there. Not for play, though, again, back to that "secure thread-on ends" bit, or you'll be scrambling to find where it went when it fell out.

I trimmed mine to use for a 10g labret retainer
They work great. They're lightweight and easy to trim down to size if you need them for something like a gauged up labret. I have a 10g in my lip, and finding labret retainers in that size are a pain. With this? Just clipped them down to the size I wanted and sanded the edges with an emory board for comfort. The material has enough friction on it that I don't have to wear an o-ring to keep it in place- I even eat lunches with mine in, and no one has noticed that it's there at the new job.So if you're looking for a larger gauge retainer that you can trim down to fit odd piercings? These are good for that. They're really comfy, fit well, easy to trim, and are virtually undetectable once they're in.

These are NOT bioplast!
These are NOT bioplast, despite the product name. I took one out of the package and tried to flex it and it snapped in half, cutting my finger. They are not flexible at all - they're just regular clear plastic. I put one in anyway because I needed something to keep my piercing from closing and didn't have anything else, but I'm not optimistic about long-term wear.EDIT: The listing has changed and now says I ordered the "inflexible" version. When I bought this, there were not multiple options to choose from, only one, which the listing claimed was bioplast and didn't say anywhere was inflexible. I don't know about the quality of the flexible version, but I wanted to make it clear that I'm not an idiot who can't tell the difference between flexible and inflexible. :)

Decent way to hide piercing for short periods
These are pretty decent if you just need something to wear to a job interview or somewhere you don't want anyone to notice you have a tongue piercing. The base is great but the top part that just has a rounded nob that you slide a small plastic hoop over isn't super great. It comes off easily so I don't even think these would be good for an entire day at work or while eating. They'll definitely work for job interviews and special events where I really want to hide my tongue piercing. They aren't completely invisible but if you aren't gasping or opening your mouth widely while you talk, no one should be able to tell.

These are trash.
I got these to wear as labret retainers because I needed the longer bar. While the bar was fine, the balls on them are way oversized. Definitely not a good thing for a facial piercing I'm having to hide for work. Also when I went to take them out, one of the balls wouldn't come off. While trying to unscrew it the flat base broke and left me having to try trimming the jagged plastic remnants of the base off with scissors. Naturally that didn't work well but it was my only option and I lacerated the piercing pulling the broken plastic out.

I have a hole in my tongue...
..otherwise buying these would have been pointless. The hole is filled very well by this plug. It does plug like things in my mouth. I like it. I seems to like me. Its wet all the time but there is no much I can do about that. I bite it from time to time and it has lasted through more bites than other ones I have bought. Do not suggest them for use in the eye.

Good retainer
Very comfortable. I put the ball on the underside for less visibility; the first one I used broke almost immediately. The second one has been very sturdy and has proven the first one to be a fluke.

Most comfortable retainers!
These are the most comfortable retainers to wear! They sit perfectly, and you can see them when I talk! The ones I have are the flat back and ball on the other end and it is the best choice! You can wear them 24/7 if you wanted! The other kinds I have tried I have always lost the O-Rings, so I’m glad I never have to worry about these! Oh and I wear the flat back on top, ball on bottom.
