Dual pouch just ends up being one multi layer pair of briefs.
In case the description isn't clear, these underwear have an inner pouch that your testicles are meant to go in. Then there's a wall of material with a "port hole" for your penis to pass through, into an outer pouch with a side opening "window".The problem is, unless your anatomy lines up just right, it won't work very well for you. If your boys are more "high and tight' and don't hang low, it won't work of you. (even then the pouch seems too tucked down in between my legs). For me, I don't stay in the pouch very long at all, a matter of minutes usually. I end up with what is a pair of over priced regular pair of briefs, only with too much material inside. :(The front outer pouch doesn't seem to have enough room for me, and the "window" is always open and you always see flesh through the window. If you ask me, they should lose the inner pouch, keep the port hole, and make the outer pouch larger with a horizontal fly.Getting everything in place is annoying.

There’s actually 3 areas so dual pouch is correct
It takes some training on how to actually use these properly. You cannot simply pull your penis through the center opening. The first pouch —call it the ‘balls shack’ has to be pulled down and around ones testicles and then pulled up between testicles and legs; then pull penis through grabbing oneself by reaching inside the slit opening. This gives complete separation between all of your junk components and is quite comfortable with nobody sticking to anybody else in the junk component list, regardless of junk volume.

update ....good for a few hours .
pouch is huge, they have a rather high rise and as such it is difficult for the twig and berries to stay in the pouch. not really my favorite.update. initially, i loved these for fit and support these were the best in my arsenal. However, after about a month of owning them, there is soo much stretch in the fabric that after about an hour or so everything just sags in front. and the waistband is so loose that it doesnt keep anything up at all. I'd say these would be good for a work out but the longevity of the fabric just isnt there for all day use. i will point out that the owner " Rob Patton" is pretty responsive and does his best to accomodate the customer. i just wish things sat a bit highter and the fabric a bit more stiff.

Good, could be great
I liked the idea of separating my legs from my junk so I bought a pair to try. I also bought Separatec, B3NTH, and 2UNDR. Sheath would easily be the best except for one big and one small issue.First the big issue, the pouch designed for the beans is too narrow. the circumference / diameter of the pouch hole is too small. It makes it very difficult to place the beans in and impossible to correct should they fall out during the day. I like that the pouch has depth so they can move up and down with the temperature and that there is a separate place for the frank. The minor issue is the sizing. Waist size is right, but it is loose everywhere else. I wear a 32-34 waist and I am 5'6". So I am proportionate. The underwear seems to be made for someone who is 6'6". The distance between the waist and bottom is very long.Fix these two issues and you will have a great pair of underwear. Definitely rate this better than both B3NTH and 2UNDR, but Separatec current has my more.

Good concept - Poor execution
The alignment of the inner pouch for the twin boys is too low from the opening for Mr. Majestic. In order to keep everybody in their place you have to pull the underwear up high which then irritates the underside of the twins. The opening for Mr. Majestic is too large and he just keeps withdrawing to the inner sanctum regions of the underwear. Found myself having to adjust everybody pretty much all day. I do not recommend this underwear.

Anatomy . . . ?
I loved the idea / concept of these and read so many reviews before ordering. There's simply something misaligned with the receptacle for "the boys." Even on a very hot summer day, I do not comprehend how they would ever be able to be maneuvered to land in that pouch. The design of every thing else is superb - even the position of where Willie the One-Eyed Wonder goes. But as for "the boys" that is some bizarre math / physics / geometry someone came up with for those. Pretty sure I'd have to stand on my head in ZERO gravity before any of that would ever be remotely possible. I'll continue to wear these because they're super soft, but as for preventing un-wanted attachment to the inner side of my thighs, these DO NOT do the job. Better off to look into the SAXX brand for that.

Super soft c ring brief
These briefs have a separate c-ring opening for your penis as well as a separated pouch for your testicles. They are super soft and super comfortable. The only thing I’d change is remove the fly opening. Once you place your penis through the c ring opening if your a shower like me it has a tendency to slide out of the opening, otherwise it’s a nice c ring brief. Ample room in the pouch area also. Nice brief for those looking for a c-ring.
