It get better after every use
It is not a nonstick pan. It is made of iron. It uses very little oil while frying. It get better after every use.. Egg omlettes and sabudana vada turned out very crispy and brown.. Everything turns out just fine... It will rust if you leave water on it... But also if you wipe it out with a damp cloth it will be done.. I am very happy with it..

Food never burns and cooks well.
Had Lodge cast Iron pans for quite some time but did not use them much as they are heavier . But this pan I use almost every day. I clean with tissue paper after use and wash it with water before use. Very good for fries . Food never burns and cooks well. Can use it without fear of harmful substances leaching into your food. And you get Iron supplement as a bonus.

The pans looks rustic. But the good thing about it is the wooden handle which is easy to hold when it's hot. But I don't know there is some kind of protective layer on it. Make sure that it's completely removed before using. There is no mention about it from the manufacturer.

The product is scratch all over and its not exactly as seen in the picture ,how ever the product is also delivered very late.... The most disgusting of the the product is scratches all over the pan and packaging too was very odd.

Not good product
The Quality of the product was bad. Uneven and Rim chip. The coating that was there was all scratched.. will have to re grind the rim and remove all the coatings to make it usable in any way.
