This shirt is perfect for exercising. It is fresh and relief. It allows me to run without feeling uncomfortable. On slightly cold days it is very good for running. I usually wear M shirts, but I had to select L of this brand and it fits me perfectly.

The xl was more like a kids small thankfully my thirteen-year-old son goes to the gym with me so I gave it to him ...however i reached out and email the seller and explained and at no cost there sending me a bigger one out right away so that's is awsome and will be buying more stuff from them ...

I bought this shirt for me (im medium build)but it was too small so i gave it to my wife and it fit her petite torso perfectly. Luckily I bought and the other fit me well. She and I went running in them. The shirts allowed for good airflow
