Bummis Bio-Soft Liner versus Bumkins Flushable Diaper Liner
I ordered both the Bumkins liners and the Bummis Bio-Soft in order to compare the two and see which I preferred.Bummis pros:Smaller footprint on the changing space (a consideration for us because we have limited space there)Large enough to possibly split into 2 liners per sheet (so effectively 200 per roll instead of 100) for a smaller baby, but not for a larger oneThe differences I noticed most with the Bumkins were:Larger (could easily split into 2 liners per sheet for even a larger baby)Noticeably softerPop-up style, like a tissue box, seems easier for one-handed use than the Bummis tear-off sheets. In practice, however, I found that it made little difference, because I still needed 2 hands to get the liner properly folded and positioned on the diaper! For this reason, I generally find it easiest to get the liner out and position it in the new diaper before I take the old diaper off of the baby. Both brands seem to flush equally well, and both do an excellent job of staying in place. I cloth diapered without liners for my previous baby and with this baby until he started solids, but I definitely prefer the ease the flushable liners add and wouldn't go back to not using them at this point unless we had a septic system that couldn't handle the flushable liners. I do recommend letting the soiled liners sit in the toilet for a couple of minutes or more before flushing -- it supposedly helps them break down more easily and reduce the likelihood of clogging the toilet, though in practice I've never had either brand's usage result in a toilet clog. All in all, I do slightly prefer the softer feel of the Bumkins, but the differences are minor, and I like the smaller footprint for the Bummis. For personal preference the Bumkins win out by a hair, but both brands are similar enough that I wouldn't hesitate to buy either.

Excellent, much better than OsoCozy liners
We have now tried 2 liners, the Bummis Bio-Soft and OsoCozy Flushable liners, both in size large. We typically cut them in half to double our usage and they still cover ~80% of the diaper (the most critical part.) In the size department, they are nearly the same. We have also never had any skin reaction with either liner, so this seems to be a moot point. The difference comes in the texture and reliability. I do think the OsoCozy are slightly softer (they feel kind of slick, very comfortable), but because of this we can't get them to stay put in the diaper. They always seem to slide around and we find it only partially covering the area where we originally placed it. This also means it only partially captures the poop...defeating the purpose of the liner. The Bummis on the other hand has a slightly rougher texture (but NOT ROUGH, it is still plenty comfortable to the point that I don't worry about my baby's skin) so it stays in place no matter how much moving around he does. So after he poops, we find the Bummis exactly where we placed it and have a much higher success rate with % of poop captured. By cutting the large sheets in half, we always risk a little bit of squeeze out around the edge (but still contained within the diaper), but I find this a small price to pay to double our usage of a roll. I would say 90% of the time we get full capture with the Bummis, and only about 10% of the time with the OsoCozy...a huge difference! On liners in general: We were getting very tired of scooping out poop 3 times a day after he started solids, and were almost ready to throw in the towel on cloth diapering. But cloth seems to work so much better than disposables (for us at least), and they don't immediately smell like pee when he goes #1 like a disposable does. So we bought the liners and will never look back...it saved our cloth diapering process and we're back to loving it! For what it's worth, we use Charlie Banana one-size during the day and a double-stuffed Bum Genius at night and have had very few issues. We would highly recommend the Charlie Bananas in conjunction with Bummis Bio-Soft liners.

Good for quick clean-up, Bad for sensitive skin
First off, it should be said that these worked really well for what they were supposed to do. We did not start using them until we started solids and as far as making removing waste a less messy job, they worked as advertised. That's why I give these 3 stars. My son has very sensitive skin. We use trifolds and Thirsties covers and found that, even with very, VERY frequent diaper changes, he was getting terrible diaper rashes from being in contact with the wet diaper. We solved this issue by using micro-fleece liners to wick the moisture. Because I bought these diaper liners before he was born, I didn't think about his sensitive skin being a problem. When we used these and his diaper was merely wet the liner would stick to his skin and once again he got terribly, blistering rashes. These do not wick moisture. It DOES NOT say that they do anywhere in the product information. The product info was not misleading in any way but I thought it should be said: if you have a child with very sensitive skin, please be aware that these may not be the best choice. Unfortunately, it wasn't for us. I believe there are other diaper liners out there (like GroVia BioLiners) that are made to wick moisture if that is something that you need.

Makes messes easier to clean up
I haven't ever used any other type of liner, so I can't give comparisons. But I've never wanted to try another liner, so that's good news! These work great for me! I use all kind of cloth diapers and right now the size 1 seems to fit just great in all of them. They seem to line up and cover the majority of inserts of most of my diapers. As long as the poo is solid, it is so easy to just drop the mess and liner into the toilet. I even send these to daycare and have no issues with clean up at the end of the day. They do feel pretty soft and don't seem to bother the babe at all. Sometimes they bunch up if she moves around a lot, but I doubt this wouldn't happen with any other kind of liner as well.
