This is my favorite book to color in when traveling or waiting to see a physician. It's small size makes it easy to take with me along with a set of miniature colored pencils (Tombow Mini Colored Pencil Set in Metal Tin, 12-Pack).The designs range from fairly simple to very complex which makes it a great coloring book for all ages and skill levels. It's compact size makes it easy to just drop it, and my pencils, in my handbag before heading out the door.The artist, Jade Summers, is a very popular artist among colorists. Her designs are always interesting and the finished products are usually outstanding even with the simpler designs.I really enjoy this coloring book and have spent many a happy hour, when I would otherwise have been bored silly, coloring away in this little treasure of a book. I highly recommend it regardless of where you like to color.

Very nice adult travel color book. The paper is not quite white and has a bit of texture, so pencils, gel pens, and Sharpie markers work great. The inside border from the inside edge of picture to book binding is wide, so picture can be cut out of book for ease in coloring. Because I cut each page out to color, I do not have to worry about bleed thru. I am having a great time coloring these pictures and as each picture is in book twice, I can try out different colors! This is the first color book I have by Jade Summer and will be shopping for more.

I thought the black on the back of the pages would prevent color from bleeding through, but that it's not the car, so be sure to put something behind as a blotters. Otherwise I like it.

This is an adorable little book. I'm using glitter gel pens and then filling in the square background with alcohol marker. I love the small size so I can finish an entire picture in a smaller amount of time. I hope Jade Summer will publish more mini books with different styles of art.

There is a nice variety in designs from standard mandalas to flowers and animals. The small size not only makes it perfect for travel but also for beginners. I love having two of each design as this means I can try out different color combinations or that I have a back-up in case I mess up. This was my first book and really helped get me into coloring!

It is a fun book for people on the go.

I LOVE this book...It's convenient, the pages are single sided and thick enough that permanent markers, water color brush pens and gel pens do not bleed through. The drawings are all nicely done, big variety and starts from simple to complex levels. I highly recommend this beautiful little traveling coloring book.

Pen bleeds through the paper. The back of each page is black which starts to show through if you use pen and also rubs off on other pages that have been colored. Ok for pencil except the paper doesn’t hold the color well.

I bought this product to help take my mind off of the constant pain that I suffer from. Each pattern is a challenge, and keeps me occupied for hours at a time. The only downside, is that my pens run out too quickly, and I have to buy new ones.My husband is frustrated at the amount of pens I keep buying and has threatened to divorce me. He leaves next Wednesday!! :-)

Nice book overall, I'd recommend it, as long as you're comfortable colouring something of small size. For me it's a bit too small, I'd prefer one size bigger, 21 x 21cm pages. But still, Jade Summer produces good quality products, worth having.
