Excellent read!
This book explains the Biblical mandate for being a prosperous believer. The wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just (Proverbs 13:22).

It is coming. Get ready.
I would have given this book 5 stars if not for Ch. 10 and Wagner's erroneous belief that "The tithe is the first and most important step toward generous giving". The New Testament and the dispensation of grace contain no such statement supporting this belief. New testament believers with the Holy Spirit operating within them are as the apostle Paul tells us in Galatians 5:18 "But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law" This leads me to question the credibility of other statements made throughout the book. However, the other chapters confirm much of what has already been revealed to me and my colleagues regarding the great wealth transfer. This book enables those of us who have an ear to hear to prepare for the coming changes to the church that are required in order for this transfer to occur and to be a part of the manifestation. I recommend reading this book and checking the scripture for oneself to hear directly from the Holy Spirit as to the correct scriptural interpretation of various passages.

This book is by: C. Peter who??
I had never heard of C. Peter Wagner prior to reading this book. I quickly learned that this book is filled with the 'meat' of the word of God. I found myself going back to the word of God over and over to make sure his claims were in line with the Bible. I have no doubt this book will cause discussion and even controversy..... any time the topic of wealth and God are brought up in the same breath you can bet that Satan is standing by ready to create doubt, fear, and confusion. God's word provides the answers about wealth that we might have, we just have to seek it out, and ask Him to give us the ears to hear His truth. As I read the book I really felt like it was a divine connection that this book came into my life when it did. I am grateful for the wisdom that was imparted in this book on the subject of wealth. It realigned and sharpened my focus for God's ways in my finances. It was a joy to read. When I was done with it, I felt empowered and more prepared for God to do a great and mighty work in my financial life. Nice job Dr. Wagner!

Little Content. It's mostly the author trying to convince you he's right using bible quotes.
this book was recommended by a new colleague on a new project I was part of. I was given the impression it was a book on wise investing and it is not. This is a book about how religious groups should invest their donations the way investors do to increase their usable funds.Core Concept: If someone donates $100 to your cause, don't use it. Instead, invest it in an asset that will pay you some type of monthly cashflow. Then us the cashflow to continuously fund your cause. To my inner investor, this makes perfect since. However, I'm giving the book 1 start ("hated it") because the author spends 50% of the book building up to this very simple concept instead of just telling you and then 49% of the book trying to convince you that it's okay for religious groups to spend their money wisely in an attempt to grow continuous streams of income for their cause. (I have no issue with the concept... I have issue with the way he goes on and on trying to prove he's right.)On top of that 100% of the book is a non-stop stream of bible quotes and dissecting of bible quotes and trying to break words into Latin to unlock mean for the author's purpose of going on and on trying to prove he's right.Assets are good things. Buy them and use the cashflow. There is no need to read this book because the author spends the whole book beating around the bush about. Instead, I'd recommend Rich Dad Poor Dad.

An inspirational and informative book on why God wants us to be financially wealthy
I enjoyed reading this book because it clearly explains the "wealth transfer" concept that I was not familiar with. The author shares different stories of successful people and how God blessed them financially so they could help fund ministries in the United States and around the world.A must-read if you are curious as to how and why God blesses us with a profitable business or with an influential job.

Deep mysteries for the mature
It takes maturity to swallow the meat in this book. I am still chewing on some pieces. Mr. Wagner is a seasoned leader in the church and his books always speak into where we are and where we are going. Many of these truths God has shown me so it was confirmation, others are like Ph.D level curriculum that I need to go back, write down and process. I am grateful for this man of God, for the future looks really bright!

TRUST THE AUTHOR, BELIEVE THE BOOK IS ON POINT
Don't know yet ... just began reading it, but like what I've read thus far. I like and trust the author, and have read some other of his books. Recommend the information sharing in the book along with the man's integrity.

Evangelizing the World is going to take Great Wealth
"The fundamental reason for wealth, and the motivation for producing it, must relate to the kingdom of God-nothing less." (C. Peter Wagner, "The Great Transfer of Wealth", Page 692 [Kindle])This book was the last book written by C. Peter Wagner before his passing on October 21, 2016. He had written over 70 books. I have heard it said that he wrote a book for every year of his life.C. Peter Wagner was considered by many to be an Apostle and someone who pioneered the restoration of the office of the Apostle and Prophet in the church, previously only pastors, teachers, evangelists were recognized as valid offices in most churches, which excluded the later from what we have called the Five Fold Ministry, as indicated in Ephesians 4:11:And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers...This book among many other things talks about the transfer of wealth as indicated in the Bible in Proverbs 13:22 and other scriptures. C. Peter expounds on what we need to do as a church and a people to cause this transfer of wealth to occur.
