Great puppy food
I switched to this after having issues with Purina Pro Plan puppy food causing my dog to be sick and a very expensive vet bill. The food is a little more expensive but well worth it, my puppy is back to normal and thriving on this new food. He seems to like it very much, I definitely recommend this. He also likes the treats they offer as well, they are great for training.

Excellent but pricey
We've been feeding our gsd this since 8 wks and our 4 year old pugzu eats it also. We have never tried any other grain free because every time we think about switching (price) I read other reviews and get scared. This food makes their coats look like minks. They are healthy and beautiful. When we run out I sometimes feed them Iams(4 times in 4 years) and my pugzu links her fur off her butt. I love this food but not the price. I think about switching to taste of the wild (price) but I try to treat the little ladies like my kids (spoiled) so I keep getting them the good stuff. Thinking of switching next time to chicken or beef instead of puppy but the gsd is only 8 months old.

Puppy loves this food
Our great Pyrenees lab mix puppy gobbles up his bowl of food each time he is fed. So, we give it a thumbs up.

Great food if given properly!
I'm not one to leave many reviews. This puppy food is great. We used it on our Lab and now on our Cane Corso. Definitely can tell the dogs are leaner with great coat! Even the new vet commented on the Lab "it's the first time in months that I have seen a lab not over weight with a good coat and in good health."I do see that some give this food a 1 star. Most are doing what the bag, vet and pet store if you get it there NOT TO DO! Do not switch from old food to this in a day. It's supposed to be a gradual change over weeks. It would be like us moving to India and straight up start on Indian street food. We would be miserable. SMH....

this is the best. I only fed my dog this until I ...
It's okay for kibble. I suppose, if you're going to feed your dog kibble, this is the best. I only fed my dog this until I could get her on the raw food diet, which is awesome and she's doing really well on it. I highly recommend the raw food diet. If you don't do that, this is the next best thing. Once in a while if I run out or am somewhere I can't bring raw meat, I will feed her this and it's fine in a pinch. I can go back and forth from this to raw and it doesn't cause her digestive disturbances although I try not to do that unless absolutely necessary.Plus, I think it's a good company. I don't know for certain - watch the documentary called Pet Fooled for more info on that. But it seems decent, so if I have to feed kibble once in a while, this is the brand I'll feed. By the way, the raw food I feed my dog is Tefco and I'm very happy with it and so is she.

My dog is doing well on this food.
Our rescue Rottie has been eating this since we got him last July at 6 months of age. He was 60lbs at that time. His current weight is 91 lbs at 15 months old. He is thriving! His growth has been steady and well within desired parameters. His vet is pleased with how well he is doing. Our vet advised us to keep him on this food until he is at least close to 2 yrs old since Rotties take that long to reach their adult stage. He has had no GI problems or poop problems on this food. His coat is shiny, his teeth are perfect and he loves this food! The only negative is that the cost is somewhat high - $51/24 lb bag.

I feel almost a good as my puppy after he eats his healthy and obviously tasty food.
Thought about getting some of that expensive hand made dog food. Why bother, when you can get Blue Buffalo High Protein dog food.

Did great for litter of German Shepherd Puppies
Raised a litter of puppies on this after weaning and they did great. They loved it so much that we would also use it as treats for rewards when teaching them how to do basic commands. Nine German Shepherd puppies sure went through a LOT of this food and while GSD's are known to have sensitive stomachs we had no upsets or problems with this food whatsoever. Except for the price but we raised healthy puppies and had no problem finding very good homes for all of them! We recommended all the new owners stay with this brand during their puppy months. We were not compensated in any way, Wilderness does not have a breeder plan like some others that like to talk down W.
