RenshawReady To Roll Icing Poppy Red 250 g (Pack of 4)

Lovely pliable icing. Colour is true to the picture. 1 x250g bar is enough to cover a 7" cake and a cake board. I am a cake maker and always buy Renshaw Ready to Roll Icing. They have lovely colours and are always well blended and consistent.It hardens nicely and very rarely cracks, if it does they are small cracks and easy to smooth over. I find Renshaw Ready to Roll Icing is also good to use for cake toppers and models. I don't tend to buy modeling paste as it dries out too quickly if you're not speedy enough at making the models. This stuff has worked perfectly for all my cakes and cake toppers!Highly recommended!!

This icing was a good price, and a brilliant vibrant colour, and great for cutting out simple shapes for decorating a sponge cake.However, it was incredibly soft, sticking to me, the rolling pin and the surface. Even after putting the icing in the fridge, it would start sticking after only a very short time of working.

Lovely colour icing, but very tacky and wet straight out of the pack. I had to add extra icing sugar to it plus gum tragacanth and then set it in the fridge before I could roll it out or work with it. Bit of a faff!

Handy pack - you can cover a lot of cake with a pack and the colour is as advertised. It is also useful as a modelling material that won't hurt if eaten.

Always really good quality. The colours look exactly as the image. Easy to use, and i've just started making cakes!

great colour and easy to work with, would definately buy this product again as it is alot easier than using white and colouring it yourself
