Does not work well. When I plug the phone or iPad or headset in, it works for a bit then it stops charging. If I push the button on the side it starts up again, but I don't have time to babysit my battery charger. So I bought the Elivebuy iMiX 2nd Gen 10000mAh Dual-Port Portable USB Power Bank. Love that product.

First, this thing is very flaky. Poor casing materials, awful instructions that are not translated correctly and/or missing critical steps.The Idea of this product is fantastic, a docking station for two just large enough batteries to grab and go. Some important considerations are that the package only comes with 1 end cap which is required for charging any other device using the battery, and the package does NOT come with any transformer whatsoever, so you must use an existing charger to hook up the dock to your home outlet. Also, the button must be pressed on the end cap when you have a device plugged into it to begin charging the connected device. The wall outlet transformer should be rated for 2 amps which is labeled on the dock connectors. The end cap has slots of 2A and 1A, most phones charge ok with 1A and most tablets require 2A. Last but not least, the battery charges your device quite slowly compared to other, albeit more expensive, battery pack devices.

I order the very first one last year and after I used it for probably a month, i let my dad use on his trips. He loved it so much that he kept it lol I ended up buying another one for myself; somehow it was a defective unit since it wasn't working as well as the previous one. I contacted the seller, who stood by the products and sent me another one which has been working well.They do charge my phone pretty fast. I don't use them daily but kind of regularly since I travel all the time for work.I will recommend this product; the 2 chargers are pretty compact

This helps me a lot because my phone dies a lot. The pieces can be fragile, but the customer service is great. I've had a couple of the pieces break and contacted customer support and had replacements within a couple days. As long as you are careful with it, you will not have any problems.

For the price, it certainly does something. Just not sure who this is actually meant for. For $10 its impossible to find a 10,000 mah but this power bank has that. But unless you are stuck on an island after a plane crash and everyone is dead while you have cell reception but no charge... I don't see the use of it. It is extremely slow. It takes 23 hours for this thing to charge my phone, at the rate at which it charges, you might as well try to get off the island yourself than bother wasting your time charging with this. I would just recommend getting a smaller power bank from anker that has reasonable charging speeds. Also the quality of everything feels a bit cheap, the batteries and cable feels solid and nice but dock and port heads feel weak.

This charger is AWESOME!!!!!I don't know how I lived without it!I charge them every night and have 2 (which gives me about 2 full charges) full battery packs!I go through my battery pretty quick cuz I like to film thing and my filming app takes a lot of power. So I definitely recommend this!

I ordered this charged for my son to have a backup for his laptop when he can't access a regular charger. As one reviewer mentioned, there are nov instructions, however after I studied the device for a while and took a few educated guesses I figured it out. In addition to the instructions other people have given it is noteworthy to look closely at the + / - charging ends on all three parts. The rest became self-explanatory to me. It worked great for a short vacation for my son, it works extremely fast for his laptop and cell phones.

The top green part on one of the two sets that I ordered doesn't work right and regardless of what cord I try, the other works perfect, though.
