Bad engineering
It stopped worked after a day. When I get time, will open it up and try to fix than taking the hassle of return.I was using similar product in Thika town in Kenya which almost a common item every house there. I have not faced any issue with a such a shower there even after using over an year.This seems to be a badly engineered product. It is a very useful item if properly made. Buy a good quality product and analyse and re engineer it.Coil design appears to be wrong. 4.4 kw is not what used on good products.

Not recommended
No electrical safety I didn't use even a day due to fear. Very dangerous. It waste of money. Idea is good the way it provided wrong.

i cannot reach them
All these new manufacturers i call them fly by night because in say a year or two you never hear of these manufacturer crooks as they simply close shop and vanish and we as end users have to dump the product as spares are not available.I frantically tried to contact this manufacturer as I need a spare heating element as no electrical shop has heating element for this particular brand of shower and no one has spares so be kind enough to send immediately spare heating coil for this shower

Very very sad
The product has stopped working from 29th June 2019. One day after the return window closed. Now I can't even return the product. I'm duped for my money.

Product stopped functioning
Within 6 months of use, product top cover gave away and started leaking heavily leading to cold water leakage along with electrical shock. No guarantee or replacement option from Amazon on this product.

very efficient and useful product
It's very good product. Very efficient and very useful. Only draw back is the extension pvc bracket and very less wire length. It should have been at least half meter
