Although these are described as Men's Slippers, I purchased them for my aunt who is suffering with severely swollen feet/ankles/lower extremities from edema. Large blisters appeared on lower legs, ruptured, wounds/ulcers resulted, and drained profusely. Both legs (from base of toes to just below knees) are now bound in Unna boots which are very bulky. They were easily adjustable and can be used after condition subsides, provides protection for toes, nice slip-resistant soles, acceptable for indoor/outdoor, and resemble ladies Mary Jane shoes.Bought Men's Size 10; normally wore Ladies Size 11 Narrow.

I cant really give a good review on this since, it was stolen or never delivered, the driver as usual put down delivered to resident, and I nor my wife never got anything, so I am now out 50 dollars on this, they looked like they would've been nice to wear since I wanted them to wear to my daughters house for fathers day, these were a gift from my wife to me and we were in our bedroom all day Sat waiting to hear a doorbell or a notification they were delivered, instead a while later i see one on my phone saying they were handed to the resident, and that was the end of that, looked up amazon help and all it says was to wait 36 hours, OK done and no shoes, so thank to this crap and losing 50 dollars we are not renewing our Amazon prime. I am tired of lazy drivers who most likely dumped my package at the gate by the sidewalk and left, meaning a meth head now has a nice 50 dollar pair of shoes.Good Bye Prime.

This product was brought for my mom who lives over 300 miles from where I live. Without seeing my mom's feet in person and only going by what I am told by her and her caregivers I ordered the Women's Extra Wide Width Adjustable Slippers, Diabetic & Edema Slippers Swollen Feet Walking Shoes (Indoor/Outdoor). We weren't sure if it was going to work out due to mom's swollen feet, but they did and we both are relieved! Finally found a shoe that fits her swollen feet for her to wear!

However, after ordering 2 pairs of Secret Slippers (Women's Adjustable Diabetic & Edema Slippers). I’m totally disappointed with the purchase. As other customers indicated in Amazon reviews, these shoes emit of a very unpleasant Odor! After opening the package, there was an awful stench from the shoe material. Just Fowl and unacceptable! Bottom Line: Le Pew!RegardsTo that end, I’m returning the 2 pairs of shoes for a full refund.Hopefully, this issue can be resolved with the manufacturer soonest. Especially, since these shoes are highly priced. Regards

These were a gift for my brother who is ill. His feet and ankles are very swollen. He was literally jamming his feet into his shoes - I am not even sure how he got the shoes on..... I looked and looked on the internet for shoes specifically made for people with edema. These shoes were about the only shoes I could find - and my brother likes them. They have 3 adjustable straps - two that go over the top of the foot and one that can be adjusted at the heel.

This shoe style has merit for anyone suffering with swollen feet. However, for me, the adjustable strap at the back of the foot was a problem. I am certain that it would have put pressure on my Achilles tendon and caused pain had I worn them for any length of time. I have to be very careful about anything pressing on my Achilles tendons since they have been damaged by fluoride and are subject to inflammation (pain) and tearing. For anyone else who doesn't have these issues, it is a fine design and worth considering.

We couldn't find comfortable slippers until I checked under the diabetic category. He doesn't have diabetes but I'm glad I checked here because these are so adjustable. He wears a size 10 or 10.5 shoe so I ordered an 11W for him and it works perfectly. He is so happy we finally found something casual he can wear.

I normally go through a lot to find shoes for my mother's feet; to being highly swollen adds the problem of frequent treatment and extra volume due to bandages and dressings, but these shoes are able to answer our troubles plus having an interesting design and getting my mother the feeling of having a nice pair of shoes again (we don't use them as sleepers but as normal shoes)
