Completely eliminated my rat odor
I was getting really tired of my mom commenting on how my house smelled, but my rats are my life so I wanted to find a solution. I was using mostly newspaper and felt around their cage, and then I found this product. My usual method is one layer of yesterday's new unscented paper cat litter, and top it with a layer of this coconut bedding. It takes a really long time for their cage to get smelly (like 2 weeks at least), and even when it does, its barely noticeable. In between cleanings I might add a sprinkle of new bedding. For a deep cleaning, I just sweep it out with a dust pan brush and replace it.I literally won't use anything else ever again.

Good alternative to paper fluff
We are using this in the bottom of a bunny cage. We put the jersey woolly rabbits on it and it got in their fur so we put the metal floor back in so the rabbits are not walking directly on the bedding. For a short hair rabbit it wouldn’t be an issue. The product seems great for absorbency and odor control.

Good
My bunny seems to like it.

Never again.
Horrible. Was wet when I took it out of the bag, and my white ferret was instantly brown. Didn’t do a thing as far as absorbency and honestly it attracted gnats, which I’m still battling. I’ll stick to litter for his cage.

It works decent
Not as absorbing as I would like but better than the other stuff!

My hamster hated it
My hamster didn’t like it. She kicked it all out and it was dusty. I’ll get something else next time. I had to mix it with paper towels just to get her to keep some in the cage.
