This product is the worst item I have purchased from Amazon. Do not waste your money. The product has no power to clean floors. The scrubbing pads are not heavy enough to clean surfaces. If I could return the product it would have yesterday.

I feel the product does not have enough power and weight to it in order the scrub the floors completely clean. If you have a light job it would be fine. I have hardwood floors throughout my home and it is just not powerful enough to clean them correctly.

Wished it scrubbed just a little harder but it’s super simple to use.

Am glad I ordered the Electric Mop.Very easy to use and a lot less time to mop.
