ACA12127 1:35 Academy USMC AH-1Z Cobra 'Shark Mouth' [Model Building KIT]

This was a lot of fun to build, highly detailed but not overly detailed to where it becomes not fun anymore. If that makes sense…? Very rare that an Academy model comes with quite a few photo etched pieces! The plastic is very high quality as compared to most models, and I’ve been building models off an on again for probably 25 years. Instructions are good but detailed and make sure you pay attention to them closely! Highly, highly recommended this model, especially for this price! Ive done models more than twice the price of this one and were not even close to the same quality of this Helicopter. Just buy it!

Very good kit. Minimal fash. Good fitment. Nice photo etched detail sheet and very nice detail on the kit itself.

Very detailed model? You can’t be a beginner to do this model. You recommend anyone above 14 to do model. Glass canopy very difficult to do. Now just FYI I am not a skilled modeler so this is a beginners opinion.

This is my third one. Great model kit at a great price.

This kit was really well designed. All the fits were snug and precise. Wonderful kit. And the scale is awesome. Can be shown with most other military models such as tanks and other vehicles as most of them are cast at 1/35th scale. Very detailed.

It's a plastic model, I haven't built it yet but everything looks great and intact. Nice detail on the parts.

I haven't started building this, but I must say the parts are well made! I am looking forward to building this one next after I complete my F-35A.
