I had a previous model which worked a treat, but eventually wore out. Bought 2 as replacements. I wonder if the manufacturer ever actually tried them out to see if they work! Wrong material; wrong size; impossible to use. They might have some sort of use; maybe a giant open ended condom; but have no use whatsoever as garlic peelers!

Unfortunately it was made of shiny plastic which did not grip the garlic like my old one. Threw it straight in the bin. Lucky it was only a £1
