It works well
I was surprised it arrived so quick but the FEDEX guy told me it was 1 box. There was no sign saying 1 of 3 boxes and I got the other 2 boxes next day. When I opened the box, the back hard plastic was very dirty. Seems like someone dragged on the floor to pack it. After I cleaned it up, it looks better.Assembly isn't hard even it takes a little skill to push the tubes, and determine left and right side of the chair. I do wish the manual can explain about the controller more and better. The first try was surprising and it works. When turned on, there are 3 auto modes. It massages very hard even I tried to reduce the strength to minimum. It doesn't seem work at all on he strength. The calf air bags are very strong and to a point it hurts. The control looks intuitive but it is not. The only thing it did massage my back.4/27/2019. I changed from 4 stars to 5 stars. After I had my wife to try out he chair, she likes it. Happy wife, Happy life! That's why I changed to 5 stars.

I'm really happiness with this wonderful product
I'm sitting in my chair now. I've been using it every day since I got it.I was nervous about buying such a cheap book (compared to other books), but I did my research on amazon and reviewed the questions.I'm really happy!The only thing I need to improve is the chair itself, which I feel puts too much pressure on my lower back.For example, we need more padding here.There was a "pocket" in which I stuffed a thin pillow.Everything has been fine since then.I also want to say that the maximum pressure set for the arm to minimize the use of airbags.My arms felt trapped.I'd like more automated programs or programmable Settings, but...That would cost an extra thousand dollars, I'm sure :)I also feel that if you don't read the q&a, the warranty is misleading.Includes all costs for the first year, including transportation costs for the second and third years.Yes...And I believe the price of the parts has gone up enough to cover the freight.So, if this is important to you, keep that in mind.

Easy to put together and works great
We purchased the chair to help with chronic back pain, and it has provided pain relief.High recommend it to anybody who doesn't have the mind funds but want a a great massage chair.

Comfortable chair！
I have been using this chair for over 2 months and couldn't be happier with my choice to make this purchase. It works beyond my expectations. It was easy to assemble. I am not good at putting things together but wanted to surprise my spouse. The heat option is my favorite while relaxing.
