I love these vitamins. Before taking these my hair was SHEDDING EVERY TIME I put my fingers thru my hair, like shedding to the point I was trying to determine if my hair was slowly falling out. After I began taking these vitamins my shedding has reduced dramatically and my hair is growing AND retaining length!! It's also getting thick, it feels stronger and I will keep using them. Idk if this will help anyone, but I have extremely low iron and I feel that my low iron has contributed a lot to my severe shedding. If you have severe shedding I suggest these honestly.

I dislike the this product because everything it said it we do it totally bogus i don't recommend this product at all .I want buy this product again.I used it for hair growth my hairs the same length .

I loved these vitamins! I didn't experience breakouts like I typically due with hair vitamins with large amount of biotin. I did notice increase in thickness as well as length in my hair and my nails were a lot stronger, ill continue to take these until I reach my goal of waist length. I think these are good options for those who don't want to use the chebe powder.
