Some tablets are broken. Also the size is little odd.

Very bad product.It is not a motion sensing bulb.it is an auto on/off bulb in every 1 minute irrespective of motion.

This Ashwagandha works for me, the 750 mg tablets have a small split line in the middle, so we can break it up easy into two pieces. I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon/evening. It does make me calm and consistent, and at night I have good dreams. So yes, I can recommend. I read studies that show using low doses of 250mg + twice a day is good and works fine for most people. So far haven't noticed any negative effects.

This product was recommended to me by a health care practitioner that I was seeing at the time. I've been using it for 3 years now, and find it works very well to reduce stress, and help you sleep better. There are a lot of Ashwagandha products out there, but I like the fact that there are no fillers in these tablets, and they are Organic, so you know they are free from contaminants.
