The package arrived within 2 days of ordering without any exterior damages in hassle-free packaging. I initially thought to get this installed professionally, but high costs drove me to install this myself. the connections were already preset and fit exactly to the existing wiring for my 2013 Tucson GLS, without having the need to buy an additional adapter sold by the same seller (i think $40+ for the adapter is expensive). I however had to buy about 6 metres of 18 guage wire to connect the reverse camera power to it. the manual does not provide enough information about connecting the reverse camera and brake signals, but the seller has already addressed this in one of the answers in Amazon. It would be good to include this information in the manual, but no points chopped. Installation is a breeze if you dont have to run the wiring for backup camera so 5 stars for it.Although this is a windows system, i was pleasantly surprised by its speed and likeness to a lot of the current android systems in the market. Navigation is great, connecting to bluetooth is a step change from the stock system, but the Radio menu is a bit cluttered. One thing i observed was that the Auxiliary input required higher volume settings, be careful not to hurt your ears when you switch from auxiliary to other inputs. DVD player, remote, USB connectivity, SD card input and 3G are all standard and adequate.

First of all, I'd just like to point out that Pumpkin customer service is one of the best I've ever experienced. They were quick to respond to any questions and very responsive to requests. There, I just really wanted to share that first. Now, to the product..I've had this installed in my Tucson last February by a professional together with a backup camera. The installer was surprised that he didn't need any other special connectors. The unit fit perfectly in the slot.Never had a problem with it and it's working great so far.My only suggestions for improvement are the user's manual, which isn't much help; and the limited options for screensavers. But this is just me nitpicking.For $300, this is definitely worth purchasing if you still have a regular radio head unit on your Tucson.

Good as I expect

The appearance of this unit is really nice and fast delivery. The installation was easy with just a few connectors but that where the positive ends with this item. Within a few hours of installation it went dead. No power at all. so i now have a $300 + desk oriment. Had to eventually re-install the original deck.

Very good

This product is amazing. It works great with my 2012 Tuscon. It fits perfectly and it's easy to install. There's two screws on top of the unit that will not allow your CD/DVD in until you remove them. I contacted Pumpkin for some other unrelated issues and they were very helpful. I highly recommend this product. This unit adds a great look and value to my car.

Excelent
