Etude House Drawing Eye Brow, No.1 Dark Brown, 0.2 Ounce

This brow pencil has quickly become one of my everyday makeup staples. The texture is smooth and easy to work with, not too waxy or too dry, so it fills in brows without looking harsh. I love how natural the dark brown shade looks; it blends right in and gives that soft, defined finish that doesn’t smudge or fade throughout the day. The angled tip makes it simple to shape and fill, even when I’m in a rush, and the attached spoolie brush helps even everything out perfectly. It’s also compact, so it’s easy to toss in my bag. If you like a low-maintenance, natural-looking brow, this one’s definitely worth trying.

Even though I felt the shipping took way too long and the seller could have been better with communication, I love this product! I have almost no eyebrows due to a thyroid condition. I have been drawing mine on for years. I'm only 33, and I do NOT like the drawn on look. So I want it to look as natural as possible. I eventually got my eyebrows tattooed on a few years ago because I was having trouble making mine look even and also wanted the color to not get rubbed off easily. The tattoos are as natural as I could get them, and I did not make them too dark or too thick. I am very fair skinned/irish. So over time the tattoos do get a slight pink faded edge. In comes a brow pencil. I have used a lot of the skinny brow pencils that claim to make "hair like strokes". Look...this is just impossible. No tattoo or pencil can gives a stroke that is as fine as a hair. So in the end the reason I like this is because it's a thicker pencil with an edge. The fine pencils require great artistry skills and time to get it looking great. This pencil, even though I was afraid the thickness would make me look like a freak, is much easier to use, faster and makes you look just as natural. The edge is contoured just right so you can do the thick part and the thin part with ease. I feel like I should state that even though I use the word 'natural', nothing beats real eyebrow hair. But when you don't have that option, this is (to me) the best option. It also lasts all day.

Good product, but a little dry. The sticker is horribly placed and ridiculous to remove. The spoolie cap is consistently loose. I've purchased these pencils a few times and every single end cap on the spoolie side becomes so loose, it just falls off. 3.5 stars

I love the shape of the pencil tip, it makes filling in my brows easy. The color is perfect. The consistency is a bit waxy/hard compared to my other brow pencils but it's not a big deal. I think that actually makes it harder to accidentally smudge off my eyebrows throughout the day. My brows are very sparse toward the tails and this pencil does a good job at making them look full.

This Etude eye brow pencil in dark brown is more of a medium brown. Deep brown or dark brown has always worked for me but this one is too light. It looks unnatural on the sparse areas of my black eyebrows. The triangular shape is thicker than I prefer and the spoolie brush is a bit too soft to create texture. In order to make it work for me (rather than discarding it) I use it in conjunction with a pointy "true" dark brown pencil. Overall, this pencil is a good value for the amount of product it contains if the color, shape and spoolie works for you.

In the lawless wasteland known as the early 2000s, every teenaged girl equated high fashion with over plucked eyebrows. We just plucked, waxed, and shaved our precious brows into oblivion with no regard for the consequences so many years later. Oh the folly in our hubris. I’ve fought valiantly to return my brows to their former full(ish) glory and have failed at every attempt. This stuff goes on lighterish for a more realistic look. This HOWEVER isn’t for those amazingly “done up” Baddie Girl brows y’all see all over, SEE:air the “f” brushed. This is for brows you want to look natural and effortless. Buzzfeed posted some article about this product and I had just enough wine to throw caution to the wind and buy it. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the quality. 10/10 would recommend. I am finally beating the beast of bald brows!

Very pleased with this product that I was unable to locate in stores near me. Simple to use, which made a big difference to me. Thank you and I will reorder when I run out!

I love this pencil. It is a retractable pencil and the actual product is in a triangle shape, which I really like. The amount of product you get is pretty small; in length it's about an inch. The reason I like this pencil so much is because it's not waxy feeling or too dark. I got it in dark brown at it's a plain dark brown. There is some red in it, like some browns have, but it isn't very noticeable. Its consistency once it's on the eyebrow is like a powder. I like the spoolie on the other end too. It's long wearing, at least on me, and can last a good 10-12 hours and still look really good. The reason I have it 4 stars is because I just dropped it when I was using it and the product in the tube snapped and fell out. I'ts still usuable and I'll use it. It's just too bad it snapped. Over all, I really like it and would buy it again.
