Good soap for maintenance of Psoriasis. Apply soap on affected and surrounding areas and lather...Wait for 2 to 3 minutes....Lightly scrub using a loofah. It exfoliates the flakes well. Wash off the lather. Using twice everyday initially....Will reduce it to once daily and later alternate days...Important: Have a bath with a moisturizing body lotion immediately and apply a moisturizer or coconut oil after drying yourself with a soft towel

Used it for about 2 months, each piece seems to last two to three weeks. Coal tar with glycerine is a good combo, foams quite a lot, does not leave skin feeling dry.

I have dry skin and my mom has psoriasis, and it was mentioned here that this soap is good for dry to psoriasis skin. and we used it and I had a severe allergic reaction to this soap, it was rashes all over my body and it was itching constantly, I couldn't sleep for three nights. My mom also faced burning rashes because of the soap. we had to go to a doctor and take the treatment.

Soap quality maintained

There are few cracks visible when the soap is dry. I am a psoriatic patient since 2012 and this is the first soap which actually works. Keep in mind to apply or massage coconut oil or any other moisturizer which seems fit for you.
