Sun Blaze 960345 T5 High Output Supreme Fluorescent Strip Light, 4-Feet, 1 Lamp

I placed my order with Plug-n-Plant. I ordered this to use as supplemental lighting over my reef tank that is currently lit with par38 leds. The first unit I received was the standard Sunblaze 2' light without the reflector. Initially I was disappointed as it was obviously a previously opened product and the incorrect fixture and without the reflector is just doesn't work for the application I intended it for. I contacted the seller and they promptly sent the correct Supreme unit, no questions asked and no mention of returning the incorrect unit. I received the new one today, this time it being the right fixture, and it doesn't work. Plugged it in and nothing. I tried swapping the bulbs with the other unit, both bulbs work fine in the first one but neither work in the second. I've written the seller again and I'll update upon their response.An additional note, the build quality of this light doesn't come close to the standard Sunblaze unit. They literally look like they were made by separate companies. The original light has a power switch and the brackets for the bulb work very smooth making it easy to change bulbs. It also just feels like a solid unit. The second supreme unit I received has dings on it, a screw head is stripped out, it has no power switch, it has multiple scratches on the metal body and the plastic ends look to have been shoved in place with no regard to a proper fit. The bulb caps have a locking feature that rotates as you install the bulb but it frequently jams making it extremely difficult, if not dangerous, to install or remove a bulb.

Great price, exactly what I was looking for to accommodate my upgrade to a tall 75g freshwater aquarium with live plants. I use HO T3 bulbs and they reach the bottom perfectly for short foreground pants, and my duckweed over populates the whole surface in a week or 2. Highly reccomended, no problems whatsoever.

Cannot turn off any of the lamps on the 240volt 8-light fixture and they are also not chain able. I definitely wouldn't have purchased 6 of these units if there was a better product description.

I have an orchid cart that does not have much space, but I found these lights very useful in allowing me to raise more plants indoors .

Very potent little light. Excellent for keeping your houseplants indoors in foul weather. The aluminum reflector hood is small, but effective.

The light works just fine however the picture shows a reflector attached to the lamp and a hanging kit. All that was included was the lamp and fixture along with a plastic shield for the protection of the bulb. Good product but picture is misleading.

Great light fixture, easy to hang and produces high light output

The light itself is a beautiful design, but I guess 240 volt means that it cannot be used in the US. I tried to buy a converter, it wouldn't fit. I reached out for help, no response. I will be returning because from the time I have received it until now I have never seen it turned on. There are 40 and up volt converters but I think they could have at least mentioned that. I am so disappointed, it is a beautiful fixture.
