A gorgeous blend for winding down, anxiety and relaxation
This has become one of my favourite teas and now we always keep a box on hand. I have shared this with many friends and clients who also now love it and swear by this blend. It had a subtle, mildly sweet and very pleasant flavor and has been very helpful for me in terms of relaxing, combating hormonal anxiety issues and general well being. It doesn't zonk me out, so I can even have some at work, but it has a definite noticeable calming and soothing effect.

Light yet effective
This tea I purchased for the marshmallow root. It settles my stomach and definitely helps me to wind down. It’s a paler tea, not super strong but it’s effective. Not super floral, but definitely herbal. I drink it with no sweetener and it’s pleasing to the palette.

Delicious and relaxing!
This is another great Pukka Tea! I have this tea every other night (I alternate with the Chamomile Vanilla and Manuka Honey-so good). It is sweet, subtle and warming. After a cup of this, I am ready to drift right off to sleep. Relax is a great addition to any nighttime routine or anytime you need to take a minute.

Not all the ingredients are listed on the amazon site for this product. I am allergic to oats. I'll be giving this tea away.

Absolutely amazing
The packaging is adorable and this tea is amazing. It's naturally sweet. I got it in a tea advent calender and fell in love! I've already bought two boxes! It's my new favorite!

Great Tea!
I use this tea because I have Interstitial Cystitis and the ingredients are helpful with my flare ups. The tea is mild with a hint of sweetness and tastes so good! I have to have this tea stocked in my house all the time!

If giving as a gift, box may not come in best condition. Tea is one of my favorites though!
