Do you need to cut pasta, but sometimes you want to cut it straight and other times you want ridges, but you don't want two different cutting tools? Then this should do nicely for you. I use this thing a few times a week at work to make fresh pasta and it works great. I've had it for about two months and haven't had any issues. My old cutter had a real bad wheel wobble, hopefully this one lasts me for a long while. It's looking good so far.

This is really easy to use! I use it to make star cookies because my old one that was over 60 years old broke. This one works just as great!

Easy rolling
Like a magic wand for my pie making needs! After comparing several based on reviews, glad to have chosen this one. Decent weight, smooth rolling & not squeaky!

recently bought a pasta machine and tried making ravioli without this. not very good looking but they still tasted ok. this helped me make better looking ravioli...lol

Works great
Fits my hand nicely and makes quick work of cutting pasta. Another poster didn't like that it was made of wood but I don't see any problem with that.

Wheels Wonky
The straight blade wheel doesn’t turn, and I can’t figure out how to loosen it so it does, and the other crimped one is too loose. This makes it hard to clean as well, in addition to it not performing its one task properly

Not much of a fluted wheel
The fluted wheel is almost completely flat, the pattern is only really noticeable if you're looking for it, definitely not good enough for ravioli or other pasta work.
