Have not used them yet but did notice how soft and flexible the cord is. The cord is more flexible than my Addi turbo circular needles cord.

chiao goo red lace needles are my favorite circular needles because of the cords alone- they have absolutely no memory, making them ready to use directly out of the package. no fuss required for magic loop, and no frustrating spring back or distortion when using delicate yarn. the stainless steel needles also easily enter stitches, regardless of yarn weight. the needles may be a bit slick for absolute beginners, but i highly recommend getting a 16" at least to see if you like the cord, needle feel, and weight: plus, you'll be able to knit most hats super easily.

They are very slick (in a good way) and the point is just right. I also like the red color - it jazzes up my life a little, lol. Recommended!

These are excellent knitting needles! The cable is sturdy without that wonky stiffness of most other brands. I’m gradually adding different sizes to my collection so I’ll be ready for any project.

These are my favorite knitting needles ever! They have such great slip and are so smooth. Worth the extra bucks, the cheaper alternatives snap and make knitting in a circle so much harder. With chiaogoo needles knitting in a round is a breeze. These are the first circulars I have purchased and I'm glad I did.

These needles are awesome, the cable is magic somehow it never gets twisted or warped like my others, only complaint is that the needle is a little too sharp for my taste, i use my thumb/knuckle to push down my needles while knitting and using these it starts to really hurt after a while. If you like sharp needles though get these immedietly!

This needle is comfortable in my hands.

They are excellent needles. I was concerned about how slippery they would be with the yarn but it isn’t an issue. You have lots of control.
