This product has absolutely no ingredient listing on it (which is illegal and I will be reporting it). The seller claims it is an "ancient Chinese formula". In truth? It smells, looks, feels and works exactly like Penetrex which costs quite a bit less. It worked about as well as Penetrex too; which is to say it helped, but didn't relieve the pain entirely. Save yourself some money and buy Penetrex if you are looking for a plantar fasciitis pain relief product.
